Hotel in zona Historical Cannon Display, Québec

E'pulito, piu'ampio di quanto immagino, forse perché gli stranieri sono grandi. Arrivano alla sera, avranno bisogno di un check-in vicino, prenoteranno un carico, e poi restituiranno l'oro molto velocemente

Wonderful stay - the property is as charming as it is convenient. We had the studio with kitchen on the ground floor. The back door opened right to our private parking space so it was really easy to get around. Everything was spotless and well appointed. We checked out the terrace but of course it was cold and covered in snow. It’s sure to be wonderful during warmer months. The guest portal is very helpful. This was our first visit to Quebec City and our son’s first visit out of the US - this made a terrific first impression! There are restaurants and shops up and down the street. We would definitely book again in the future. Thanks especially to Jade, who was consistently patient with my questions!

The hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood with a few convenience stores and a large supermarket called Tradition nearby . The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and quiet. You have to walk for a while to reach the old city , but it’s a beautiful walk in nice weather and there’s also an elevator right at the footstep of the hill bringing you up a few levels if you aren’t keen on climbing stairs . We will stay again if we ever return to Quebec City .

Interessante rapporto qualità/prezzo. Colazione inclusa corretta. Disponibilità di due bobine di carica per auto elettrica (necessita di indirizzare la ricezione per attivare il caricamento).

Stato qui per 3 notti mentre visita il vecchio Québec. Se si può gestire una facile guida di 10 minuti in vecchio Québec, questo posto è idealmente situato. In un tranquillo, bel quartiere pulito, ha grandi strutture da mangiare. Ci sono stazioni di gas, Tim's e il negozio locale a piedi, e molti grandi ristoranti in prossimità. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite e tranquille ....I ho l'impressione che siamo stati l'unico in quella zona! In fondo .... il personale era un po' di problema al ricevimento, nessuna informazione su spa, Cafe, ecc, ecco le chiavi, sigla qui. Abbiamo soggiornato in ciò che sembra essere un nuovo supplemento all'hotel e l'ascensore può essere descritto solo come il più lento in Canada, lo capisco, è un uso disabile amichevole, ma essere pronti ad aspettarlo! Le scale non sono un'opzione quando si dispone di valigie pesanti.

Lovely hotel. Clean, quiet, rooms are well equipped, the check in was fast and smooth. Will definitely stay here again.

L'arrivo all'hotel cominciò male con una giovane ricevitrice piena di germi che si è continuata a diffondersi nel suo tessuto e intorno (come se non solo uscissimo da una pandemia che ci mostrava quanto lontano qualsiasi virus può viaggiare) e cominciò a ridere di me in francese (supponendo che non parlo in 10 lingue, compreso il francese) affermando che voglio una stanza presa da un altro cliente: quanto è brutta di lei assumere questo. Il vecchio manager ha intervenuto con gratitudine e la stanza che abbiamo controllato attraverso l'app ci è stata data, spiegando al manager, quanto malato dalla strada che ero, che non volevamo niente di straordinario: - la stanza aveva le linee degli hotel nuovi costruiti che abbiamo soggiornato negli Stati Uniti e, come negli Stati Uniti, questa stanza si è dimostrata di avere poca isolamento tra le camere, porte sbagliate e il rumore di trepidazione sulle strade per rendere le cose vibranti nella stanza. Grazie a Dio tutto si fermò poco dopo le 10 e abbiamo avuto un buon sonno notturno solo disturbato dalla costruzione vicino alla porta del mattino successivo, per quanto tranquillo quei tizi cercavano di operare la loro macchina - parcheggio al retro dell'hotel è sicuro e Grazie a Google satellite ci ha aiutato enormemente con viaggiare a e da Quebec City cercando di evitare le grandi opere stradali che accadevano intorno ovunque - l'hotel è situato vicino a una grande zona commerciale e un grande Walmart con icecream e bevande che Sempre come avere - il colazione all'hotel includeva oggetti caldi e era diverso anche se la gente continuava a prendere più tavoli per sedersi e parlare: i piani inferiori erano piuttosto occupati, perché non abbiamo sentito parlare al nostro piano - il manager era gentile in Pensando di inviare un regalo caldo, anche se vorrei che la giovane receptionista ricevesse ulteriori formazione e si fermasse a assumere le cose che voleva assumere su clienti che effettivamente pagano il suo stipendio

La stanza era grande e pulita. Il servizio era una signorina. Il colazione era come la maggior parte dei luoghi un'altra esperienza mediocre. Le mele e il cocktail di frutta contenente frutta erano gli unici frutti offerti. Il caffè era acqua bruna. Non c'era servizio reale. Le tavole erano sporche. Il personale del Front Desk non era molto amichevole o utile.

It was okay....we had a room in the older wing and it was pretty much bare basic, but it was clean and the room was quiet and comfortable for the one night that we stayed. Appreciated the no carpet in the room, but getting to the room was a bit of a trek as the front desk staff directed us to take the elevator and then we had to take some connecting stairs down to our room-felt a bit discombobulated and it was a pain given that it was very hot (they were in the middle of a heat dome...) and we were carrying a fair amount of luggage. Parking out front was free but the spaces are pretty tight. Staff on front desk were very polite. Would stay here again as it has pretty good value for where it is located and for its cleanliness.
