La posizione era eccellente con interni puliti, elegante e estetici.Il ristorante accompagnato era di buon valore e il posto era molto caldo, il riscaldamento era sempre stato e non potevamo cambiare il sistema di raffreddamento. Il buffet per colazione dovrebbe includere più varietà.

L'hotel dispone di una vasta gamma di strutture e di una posizione favorevole, ma alcune aree richiedono attenzione, le norme di pulizia sono medie e alcuni dei bagni sono danneggiati, contribuendo a una questione di drenaggio dell'acqua. In particolare, l'acqua tende a fluire nel pavimento del bagno quando si spruzza il bagno, e abbiamo dovuto aspettare quasi due ore per arrivare i servizi di pulizia.

Zirve Hotel Shahdag offers an exceptional experience with its stunning mountain views, thrilling outdoor activities, and excellent service. We stayed for a night so we could experience some of the amazing activities they offered. The staff were welcoming, especially Ms AAYGUN and Mr. AMIK at the front desk. We had a great time and the spa was a great addition. Perfectly located for outdoor activities, Wherever u stay in Shahdag u have to come to ZIRVE HOTEL for all the activities as the main ticket booking centre is just under ZIRVE .As we are vegetarian JAIN the restaurant had something to offer us for the breakfast and lunch ,this hotel is a fantastic choice for an adventurous yet relaxing getaway.

Had booked 2 rooms for a family vacation. Had a horrible check-in experience that ruined the entire holiday. Was allotted a room outside the elevator, and we requested to change it. This simple request would have been executed by any 5 star hotel swiftly within minutes. We had to go back & forth over 2.5 hours with no luck. The staff kept arguing about not informing them before checking in instead of finding a solution. Totally unprofessional in handling customer concerns. Our second room was given 1 hour late, and the hotel didn't take any responsibility. The hotel doesn't believe in customer centricity. It is rated as a 5 star but with 2 star attitude & experience. Guest are at their mercy. Staff is inhospitable and inflexible. Service is very poor. Request to talk to the GM was also denied. The guest relations manager said she didn't have GM's email id. Have never come across a hotel where staff does not have GM's email. It's such a shame that staff is resorting to such tactics to deal with guests. The resolution offered was that we will refund your money for 2 nights. The hotel is in middle of no where and they expected us to find hotel room instead of finding us a solution. We travelled all the way from Dubai for this vacation, and everyone was so disappointed. Please avoid.
