77 camere, formula all inclusive, mare splendido, staff gentilie e disponibile. già in altre recensioni segnalato problemi uccelli al buffet (dove trovi piatti di ogni gusto e cultura con una discreta varietà) che esiste ma che stanno cercando risolvere. Molto apprezzato i servizi honeymoon (tipo cena sulla spiaggia e dolcino). Non hanno lettini in spiaggia e a bordo piscina sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti e questo è un punto a sfavore. Chi prima arriva, si tiene il posto coi teli mare (che ti danno loro e puoi cambiare quando sporchi). Questa pratica lasciata in mano a ospiti scorretti (nessuno controlla) rischia di non farti trovare posto. La spiaggia il pomeriggio era presto all ombra (ma è vero che per noi il tramontò era verso le 1830). Ciò che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo invece è il servizio di "late check out": anche se lasci la stanza alle 12 e vuoi trattenerti oltre per la tua partenza ti mettono a disposizione una shower room con doccia e teli dove cambiarti e prepararti per il viaggio, usufruendo dell all inclusive fino alla fine. Questo servizio mai provato prima per noi è stato meraviglioso. Bravi! Insomma torneremmo volentieri al veranda (anche se non sappiamo quanto pagato in quanto parte di un pacchetto e quindi non so dire rapporto qualità prezzo), perché tra relax e servizi di intrattenimento hai davvero tutto.

Piccolo hotel sito sulla bellissima spiaggia di BelleMare. La struttura è ben tenuta, l’organizzazione è eccellente ed il personale gentile e preparato. Le camere sono spaziose, ben arredate (consiglio quelle ai piani superiori!), la pulizia è più che buona. Il ristorante principale dove vengono servite colazione, pranzo e cena è a buffet. Il cibo proposto non è male, ma alle volte può risultare troppo speziato e poco vario nell’alternarsi dei giorni. Il bar centrale si affaccia sulla piccola piscina, propone cocktail e bevande comprese e non nell’all inclusive. La spiaggia è lunga e meravigliosa, di sabbia bianca e fine, l’acqua cristallina. Per gli ospiti dell’hotel possibilità di noleggiare gratuitamente pedalò, sup, wind surf e di poter usufruire di barca dal fondo di vetro e snorkeling ad orari stabiliti e dopo prenotazione. In spiaggia si possono anche fare sport motorizzati, ma a pagamento. L’intrattenimento serale è soft, ma ben fatto. Unico punto critico e migliorabili della struttura è la costante presenza di uccelli al ristorante (quindi sulle sedie, ma anche sul buffet stesso!) durante colazione e cena che finiscono per sporcare e non rendere troppo igienico l’ambiente. In definitiva un buon hotel con formula all inclusive, adatto al relax, ma dove non ci si annoia, ben gestito e dal quale si può partire alla scoperta di una bellissima isola! Consigliato!

Siamo stati la prima settimana di ottobre e ci siamo trovati benissimo...un paradiso terrestre dove e possibile fare tantissime cose...le mauritius offrono tanto...la struttura ci e piaciuta tanto lo staff e gentile e premuroso..sempre disponibili e sorridenti tutti...la cucina e ottima come lo chef che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere...la struttura e ben tenuta a parte un po i bagni che sono da risistemare un po ma la pulizia e eccellente.La spiaggia e un po ventilata ma fa niente...abbiamo viaggiato tanto e qui ci ritorneremo volentieri...grazie a tutti

Resort situato a pochi minuti a piedi del paese di Bel Mare. Ristorazione davvero ottima, super consigliato l’all inclusive in quanto abbondante ma soprattutto sempre prodotti freschi e buoni. Staff cordiale e amichevole, disponibili a tutto. Mare incantevole con disponibilità di molte attrezzature per gli sport d’acqua. Vacanza rilassante, divertente e piacevole. Animazione molto soft, gradevole alla sera. Struttura molto confortevole anche per famiglie con bambini. Consiglio vivamente.

La struttura è datata, ma ben curata e pulita. Spiaggia bella, anche se molto esposta al vento, cosa che non succede 500 metri più a sud. Il personale è sempre sorridente e gentile. Purtroppo la qualità della cucina è pessima. La varirtà al buffet è molto scarsa e le materie prime di bassa qualità. Più volte ho cenato a patatine fritte o pizza surgelata. Ho visto molti cenare con pane e burro, altri arrivare con le pizze da asporto prese in paese. Anche la gestione del buffet è imbarazzante, la colazione comincia alle 7:00, ma spesso alle 7:30 ancora non c'è nessuno alla postazione di couttra per preparare uno straccio d'uovo strapazzato. Fortunatamente a 10 minuti di auto si trovano un paio di ristoranti dove poter mangiare decentemente, se si è disposti ad investire 30 Euro in taxi per ciascuna cena. Nonostante gli altri lati positivi, io non ci tornerei, nè lo consiglierei.

Ho prenotato questo hotel invogliato da un offerta su internet. La posizione sulla spiaggia di Palmar/Belle mare è bella, ma forse è il punto più ventoso. La struttura è carina e anche ben manutenuta, la camera carina e il personale è gentile. Putroppo le cose positive finiscono qui. Il personale, seppur gentile, è assolutamente impreparato tranne in rari casi. La cucina è imbarazzante, non sanno cucinare e la qualità delle materie prime pessima. La scelta al buffet limitata a pochissime cose, ancora peggio la cucina del ristorante in spiaggia. Non rovinatevi le vacanze come ho fatto io, spendete un po’ di più e andate altrove.

Siamo stati qui nella seconda settimana di gennaio,unica piccola pecca il tempo non sempre bello ma per metà del tempo nuvoloso con rovesci durante la notte. Temperature elevate,con umidità alta. Il tempo coperto ci ha aiutato a conoscere l entrinterra,facendo più escursioni possibili,prendendo uno dei tanti taxi qui accanto al resort per poterci spostare,a prezzi davvero modici. Loro sono persone fantastiche,cibo buono dalla colazione alla cena.camere pulite e personale davvero gentile e accogliente. Sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa.spiaggia del resort incantevole,in alternativa piscina con open bar.nulla da aggiungere,esperienza bellissima e consigliata.

Sono stato ospite di questa struttura 2 settimane con mia moglie a fine ottobre 2022. É carina niente di speciale bella posizione per il mare che é fantastico. Il personale é gentile e la pulizia é buona. Passiamo ora alle note dolenti perché purtroppo ce ne sono. Alcune cose sono vecchie e vanno per forza cambiate tipo la vetrinetta dei dolci "imbarazzante" La sera c'è poco o nulla da fare La cucina é prettamente locale poco internazionale se per caso non piacciono le loro spezie qui si é nei guai. Il peggio é il vento praticamente sempre presente, il meteo un terno al lotto quasi ogni giorno può piovere un pó e il sole non é mai fisso ma coperto dalle nuvole (noi siamo andati nel periodo che dicono essere il migliore). La sera obbligo di felpa. L'isola offre qualche escursione sia di terra che di mare da fare ma senza nessun effetto wow se non per lo snorkeling. Ah dimenticavo a volte abbiamo fatto la doccia quasi fredda!! La colpa é delle agenzie che pur sapendo dove ti mandano non dicono nulla e i prezzi non sono per niente giusti. Alla fine ci rimette sempre il povero turista. Va bene che uno si deve informare bene ma queste sono semplici avvisaglie che andrebbero dette. Insomma costoso bello ma non ci tornerei più in generale in Mauritius

I chose this hotel for our family stay as it was great value for money. The property did not dissappoint and the staff went out of their way to accomodate us. Chatting to Fazil he insisted we try an authentic creole family feast at the Horizon resturant down on the beach on our last night. It was a real treat! Sabrinda was the lady that took care of our room and each day made animals out of our towels. Nothing was too much of an effort for the staff and the gardens and areas around the hotel are really well kept.

We stayed here from Feb 20 to March 08 and had the most relaxing and wonderful time at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely reception staff and as breakfast had a little time remaining we were given a table before checking in. Our room had been made ready for our arrival although 4 hours before check in. The facilities are well laid out with just a few steps to the bar on the beach and main bar next to pool,restaurant and entertainment stage. The beach has pristine white sand which is cleaned daily and clear waters. We stayed in room 404 and had a lovely view of the gardens and sea. It was kept immaculate by our maid Kajal who would make animals from the towels and leave at the foot of the bed. At the pool and beach bars we were kept refreshed and entertained by Mitchun Elvis and Neelesh who do such a fantastic job interacting with the guests. The buffet food is very good and always something to enjoy. We had a meal at Horizon the restaurant on the beach for a supplement which was delicious but certainly too much for us to eat so well worth the extra. The nightly entertainment of local singers and dancers was very good. If you have any requests or concerns just find Faisal who is the go to man. He will sort out anything the best way he can and is a big asset to the hotel. In short. This is a hidden gem where although it is rated at 3 stars the fantastic staff give you a 5 star experience. We will definitely be returning again to this beautiful resort and reuniting with new made friends at our home from home.

Great hotel. Modern, incredible beach, amazing snorkelling. Food is delicious! Good accessibility to drinks from both the beach and the pool. Unfortunately the service at this hotel isn’t great. They are short staffed and friendliness and attention to detail in terms of service and customer experience isn’t as good as we have received at other hotels in Mauritius. If service isn’t a priority for you then this would be a great choice!

Our stay at Rogers Hospitality got off to a bad start due to poor communication about the airport transfer. We were left waiting an hour without clear instructions on the collection point for the transfer we had already paid for. When we raised this issue, we were met with unprofessionalism—reception staff spoke rudely, and management passed us from person to person instead of taking responsibility. Although we were offered lunch on the beach as compensation, we still had to follow up repeatedly to confirm our return transfer. The hotel has potential, with stunning views of a beautiful beach and a decent room, but it falls short in several areas. The bathroom felt outdated and grubby, the balcony needed a proper cleaning, and the food was lackluster with limited variety. Worse, the buffet area was unhygienic—birds were landing on uncovered food and eating from serving spoons and plates. Staffing levels were inadequate throughout. Restaurant tables weren’t cleared promptly, cutlery and mugs were often unavailable, and the bar frequently had just one staff member during busy times, resulting in long waits. The all-inclusive menu was limited, and cocktails were inconsistent. Additionally, having to sign for every meal and drink—even under the all-inclusive plan—felt unnecessary. Overall, our experience was disappointing due to avoidable issues that proper management and attention to detail could have resolved.

Amazing staff, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is small but has everything you need. Food quality is very good, not much variety for fussy children though but there is a Pizza Hut nearby and taxis available from the hotel so was not an issue. Would definitely return!!

From the moment we arrived, Veranda Palmar exceeded every expectation. The room was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and offered breathtaking views. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, always ready with a smile and a helping hand. Thank you to Faizal and his team for your incredible hospitality!
