Hotel in zona Shanyao Zhuangshi Ancestral Temple, Quanzhou

L'igiene è pulita, anche se la stanza è un po'piccola, è giusto che una persona si sposta.La TV è molto vista.

我住了3個晚上，在第二天衞生姐姐整理房間説我把浴巾弄臟了，也沒和我説，在我退房的當天也沒有和我説這個事情，等到退按金時才知道，我還打電話回去酒店服務員我才知道這樣子扣我10元的原因，所以我感覺這樣子有點太失告知義務，直接扣我10元的按金。最生氣的也是這個沒有告知的這種行為。

房間乾淨整潔，停車方便，附近蠻熱鬧的，不過喜歡安靜的估計會受不了，晚上唱歌蠻吵的，其他的還不錯。。。。。

酒店位置好，交通很方便。進入大堂迎面就是服務人員熱情親切的打招呼，客房乾淨整潔，床墊睡的舒服，前台辦入住時還貼心的告知了用餐地點和時間，感謝Joy的熱情服務，酒店的餐飲也是不錯的。臨時的行程，希爾頓酒店給我這趟旅行增添了不少色彩。

安排的第一間，發現浴室沒抽風機的，而且馬桶己經這麼滄桑了，據客房人員説是已擦乾淨了的，只是設施老化了，黑點擦不掉的。就算是已經擦過，我也不敢坐上去呀，都裂成這樣了，還怕它會隨時崩成兩半。又換到第二間房。問客房人員，抽風機按鈕在哪，她居然説這裏都沒抽風機的，當時我都驚呆了。工作人員走後，又發現抽水馬桶按完一次後，N久都無法再按第二次出水，又得重找工作人員來。工作人員説你按過一次水後，要等水箱滿後方可再按。我説這道理我都懂，問題要等多久，她説等明天工程部人員上班叫他們上來修，我唯有苦笑，我一早就退房了好嗎？不過她找了個臉盆給我，説如果沒法第二次出水這麼快，可用臉盆打水沖抽水馬桶。沒抽風的封閉浴室無論是洗澡還是上廁所拉大號所有的情形大家都可腦補一下。不過整個處過程無論是前台還是客房人員反應速度都挺快的，衹可惜抵不過殘舊的設施帶來的麻煩。對於這酒店我衹能給她們服務態度五分。對了，那裡的床墊超硬，而且還會感受到一格一愣的，入住那天又冷又下雨，後背覺得又硬又冷。

Wonderful Stay, Language Barrier Concern My recent stay at Fu’an hotel was wonderful overall, with just one minor concern regarding a language barrier. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and comfort. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. However, one challenge I encountered was a slight language barrier with some of the staff members. While most were proficient in English, there were a few instances where communication became a bit challenging. Despite this, the staff made genuine efforts to assist me and ensure my needs were met to the best of their ability. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still highly recommend Fu’an hotel to others, as the overall experience was outstanding. With its excellent amenities, convenient location, and attentive staff, it offers a fantastic stay experience.

又到一個新的城市，走進一家新的酒店，在這裏比較舒適，優惠還有多樣的早餐。最後證件遺落，萬分感謝人美心善小姐姐的及時通知，不然登機就麻煩了。不過後麪介紹了一個客户來入住，扯平哈哈。
