There was a lot of traffic in front of the hotel. The bicycles with almost no sense of pedestrian safety and respect were flying through the street day and night. It was hazardous and actually quite dangerous. Other than the problems with the traffic, which is really not the control of the hotel. I would like to thank you and compliment the staff of the hotel. They are very competent, well mannered, pleasant, thoughtful and helpful and I thank you.

服務：提供管家服務，出行前確認入住時間、加微信告知到酒店的交通安排，還有一份特別詳細的泉州旅遊攻略表格有被震驚到，第一次獨自出遊的擔憂完全消失了。第一天到的很早，沒吃早飯前台小哥很認真的推薦了正宗泉州早餐，吃到了很好吃的麪線糊、花生湯，來玩的小夥伴可以問問解鎖哦～ 環境：本身衹是被酒店南洋風格的裝修吸引，但意外發現我住在一個博物館裏。民俗是泉州文旅打造的“僑批”主題公館，酒店內部掛着僑批文物照片，看着那些文字，放佛跟民國時候在外打拚的僑民對話。酒店坐落的巷子裏有兩座進士祖宅，其中一座已經被改建為非遺體驗官，喝茶、南音、木偶戲一次性搞定。 另外，酒店旁邊還有娘惹主題館可以拍美美的娘惹照。至於開元寺雙塔、文廟、關岳廟都在1～2公里內，步行，小白車都方便到達！ 這次旅行太完美了，希望下次有機會再去！

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's located in a very narrow alley on the bustling West Street. The location was a little bit hard to find on Baidu Maps, but the hotel has some lanterns and signs to help guide the guest's way. The property itself was very peaceful. There is a courtyard with a pond and a roof where you can relax and enjoy great views of the Kaiyuan Temple towers. The room was clean and spacious. It is a pleasant mix of the modern and the old. I enjoyed being able to relax there in the evening. The service was very friendly. They provided free coffee and plum juice on arrival, and on the day of my check-out, they helped me store my luggage. The location is a great too, located in the heart of the Quanzhou ancient city. All the historic sites there, as well as the shopping and snacks on West Street and Zhongshan Road, are within walking distance. I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting the Quanzhou ancient city.

My friend and I shared a twin room at Citywell hotel for 3 nights and it was really comfortable! We stayed on the fifth floor in a quieter room where there wasn’t a window facing the street. Fortunately the fifth floor has an artificial garden with a skylight in the center that allows inner rooms to also receive natural lighting through a large glass window.
