Hotel in zona New Station Commercial Area, Quanzhou

Very nice and clean hotel. All staff is very friendly. recommended hotel and wanda supermarket just 10 min away

I wasn’t sure what the hotel would be like since I am a foreigner but let me tell you!!!! First of all the room is a great size. Large bathroom, very comfortable bed and pillows. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap provided. Along with dental kit, shower cap, and vanity kit. The shades are automatic and the AC works perfect. It does stop when you leave the room but it cools down fast enough. There was a charger provided in the room but it didn’t work for me. But it wasn’t an issue as I had my own. There was also tea and kettle, and water. Water was replenished every day as well. The room felt very clean as well. The lady that was cleaning came every day to thrown away the garbage and give me new towels or anything else I needed. The ladies at the reception were amazing too. Every day I asked them for recommendations for things to do and palaces to visit and they gave me great recommendations. They did recommend the most amazing self serve bbq so ask them for the same one! Xiao Li was so so sweet and so soft spoken. The helped with a solution for something and I am forever grateful for her help! Now the breakfast!!! It was amazing every day. 6 stirfry platters with different things. My favorite were the egg and tomato and potato and bacon one. To die for! There was also a steam bun section with several sweet and meat options. There was bread and pastry box. There were 3 plates with fried options like nuggets or fries. There was a section. With two rice and grain porridges and a section with boiled eggs along with a boiled root vegetable every day. There was hot and cold drinks and yogurt. And also 3 fruit options. Watermelon, dragonfruit, orange, grapes, tomatoes (it seems that they eat tomatoes for dessert in China) The hotel is located on a street that has a looooot of food joints. You can have it all from street food to more nice sit down options. Across from the hotel there’s two bubble tea places and several more along the road. There are also two massage places. Everything is open LATE. 12am-1am so you can enjoy everting late. The hotel is also walking distance from the Ancient city, several temples, and West Street which is another popular destination with a great night market and lots of food options. It’s about 30-35 min walk. The location of the hotel is actually great to the proximity of the popular attractions. The only thing I would have loved is a fridge in the room, or alternatively an ice bucket so I can keep a few drinks or small things on ice. Their ice machine is really tiny and you won’t be able to fill a bucket anyway. That’s my only feedback. I’d absolutely 100% stay there again. It was lovely!

Actually, I was staying in another international known hotel chain, but due to the poor room condition and isolated location, I decided to change to this hotel which I used to stay before. To my pleasant surprise, upon check in, our rooms were upgraded and we totally enjoyed the stay and hospitality from the hotel. What's more important is that this hotel is centrally located accessible to services and amenities nearby. Definitely will return in the future.

Good and clean hotel. Short walk to various places, but not crowded. New and renovated. Breakfast is good.

I’ve been traveling for weeks throughout China and I can’t tell you enough how wonderful this hotel was. The room was spacious and gave me space to breathe; the shower’s water pressure was great and the shower itself has a door as well as shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. The bed was soft and comfortable; I slept so soundly. The absolute gem of this hotel was that it had a washing machine (with detergent!) and dryer (as well as lines for hanging up and air drying). If you climb Qingyuanshan here and are drenched in sweat from head to toe, and you have an early flight or train to catch the next day, there’s nothing better than having worry-free clean clothes. The alternative is taking wet and/or smelly clothes on to the next location (which likely won’t have free laundry amenities). I would most definitely stay again at this hotel and revisit this UNESCO city showcasing China’s multicultural and religious trading hub of the past. Thank you, Tongban Boutique Hotel!

The hotel location was not fantastic compared with those located just a stone away from tourist spot. However the breakfast and supper provided were amazing! We had full ranged of seafood from prawn to crab as seen from others review. The freshness are top range. Rooms are clean and comfy. Front desk crew service were at acceptable level, and it needs to bark up as compared with other Atour branches. Overall, it's still a recommendable stay.

The room is spacious. The bed is very comfortable. Staffs at the front desk, lobby and restaurant are polite and helpful. We enjoyed the snacks provided especially the milk biscuit. We loved the red date n tremella dessert very much, but only for two days. It was then replaced by a packet of fresh milk, rather disappointed. A gentle suggestion here. It would be good if the cleaner can make a routine check on the joints of the tiles with black mold around the shower area. Thank you.
