Fu’an International Hotel pleasantly exceeded all of our expectations. We were traveling as a couple for a birthday celebration. The hotel is ultra clean with 5 star level facilities. The hotel is located northeast of Quanzhou in a cozy part of town. The hotel staff, in particular Chen Meixiang (see image for name tag) went above and beyond and took my husband to a local florist to order flowers for my birthday the next day. It was a beautiful and memorable surprise. We look forward to returning and have no hesitation recommending the hotel. 5 stars + all around.

Wonderful Stay, Language Barrier Concern My recent stay at Fu’an hotel was wonderful overall, with just one minor concern regarding a language barrier. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and comfort. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. However, one challenge I encountered was a slight language barrier with some of the staff members. While most were proficient in English, there were a few instances where communication became a bit challenging. Despite this, the staff made genuine efforts to assist me and ensure my needs were met to the best of their ability. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still highly recommend Fu’an hotel to others, as the overall experience was outstanding. With its excellent amenities, convenient location, and attentive staff, it offers a fantastic stay experience.

Clean and good location for walking and walking kids also friendly and not bad. Will stay again for my next relative trips visit here again

入住這家酒店是一次難忘的體驗，房間寬敞明亮，床品非常舒適，酒店的設計非常現代，機器人送餐很方便，酒店的服務態度非常好，每一位員工都很友好熱情，讓我有一種賓至如歸的感覺，謝謝小林和小周的服務！

房間非常舒適，特別適合家庭出行居住，環境非常好，我們定的是家庭房，還給小朋友準備了睡衣拖鞋以及小童牙刷，早餐也特別豐盛，還有健身房和游泳池。唯一的不足就是離市區太遠，外地遊玩的朋友可以跟我們一樣租車，有車就非常方便了。工作服務人員也是非常耐心貼心的服務，非常棒，強烈推薦。

設施：很新的酒店，智能感滿滿。有“小度小度”，智能馬桶，還有機器人送餐~😄 衞生：乾淨整潔。 環境：周邊的錦綉湖公園風景秀麗，還有燈光夜景工程。窗外的風景很美啊~ 服務：很棒，應答快速有效。就是泳池外包，服務稍差了一點。 餐飲：樓下就有五洲佳豪，很方便而且菜品精美。早餐品種多，補餐快速。

此次泉州遊，到了鯉城區，豐澤區，還有此酒店所處的泉港區。 酒店各方位360°無可挑剔， 環境，餐飲，服務，都很贊哦 還有，酒店微信客服小安，（小金小劉）服務態度非常好

回老家嘗試了新的酒店，五星的標準，敏感加睡眠輕人的首選，離開的時候還送了伴手禮，很貼心，以後回老家的首選酒店🏨

酒店給我第一印象乾淨，漂亮，住起來很温馨，早餐好吃，種類很多，前台小旭態度也很好，很有耐心的解答問題，以後還會入住

房間很乾凈，外面景色美，前台小鄭服務態度好做事很周到，大堂環境高雅別緻，遇到的服務員都很有禮貌熱情的問好，下次還來！

正如其它客人所説，除了遠沒有什麼毛病，房間大，衞生間大，乾濕分離還是雙盆。早餐品種豐富多樣。但是自己開車可以，否則想去市區玩有點難，這是泉州最偏遠的一個區，去西街開車得一個小時，泉州給我影響不好，滿街電動車。

定的親子套房，一米八大床，➕雙層小童床。房間很寬敞，洗手間也很大間。負一樓健身游泳的地方。總體很滿意。一樓大廳小靈服務也很周到，給個贊！
