Khách sạn rất đáng để nghỉ dưỡng, nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình từ bác bảo vệ, lễ tân, các cô bếp. Phong cảnh lại gần gũi thiên nhiên. Phòng thì rộng, sạch sẽ. Chỉ có góp ý nhỏ là nhà tắm cần có vách ngăn phòng tắm đứng và nước mạnh xíu. À buffet sáng hôm mình hơi ít khách nên ko có buffet nhiều món mà chỉ đơn giản mình gọi vài món có sẳn nhưng theo cảm nhận đồ ăn đơn giản mà ngon nè, ăn nhẹ bụng. Chắc để bù đắp cho buổi sáng ks tặng luôn phần cơm gia đình siêu ngon.

早餐很差，菜單寫魚肉粥，結果是白粥+鹹菜魚，我申請加個煎蛋也不行，還説是我自己選的…無語

Everything about this place is terrible. Hotel tried to overcharged us stating that first there was no reservation and after this was mysteriously found, that we didn’t pay for our stay in full. After contacting the booking agency and they tried to contact the property, the hotel hung up on them. When my boyfriend’s sister asked for milk for her baby, they refused giving some reason that milk cow is not good for babies and told her to go to a convenience store laughing at her when she walked back to her room. The rooms are falling apart. Mold, bursted pipe on one of the sinks. Went to wash hands and leaked all over the floor. No cable on the tv, dirty floors and towels, stained chairs, used flip flops, the completely flip flops were used before…. We were also refused to speak with a manager, if there is one and I am pretty sure they pretend that they know how to speak English. The sum everything, this place is a disaster, they take advantage of the fact that there is no other staying options around and try to rip you off.

I was attending my younger brother's wedding in his home town and stayed at the Cocoland River Beach Resort & Spa. What a great surprise!!! The resort is beautiful, well, planned, and tranquil. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday!!! The staff warmly welcomed our group, and quickly had us enjoying the traditional welcome drink (This one is delicious!!), before taking us to our villas, which are impressive. Our villa is a true "suite" (living room separate from the beds) and was nicely appointed, and very clean. We had peaceful garden views from the bed, and slept well, feeling refreshed after a deep sleep! The beds are standard hotel, with 100% high quality cotton linens. The furniture is comfortable so I could relax and read. The high-speed Wifi was great; stable! There's even a private terrace with a swinging loveseat (didn't try it though). One of the highlights of the villa is the bathroom; spacious, luxurious and beautifully designed; decorated with marble & tile. The vanity has beautiful his & hers sinks, with plenty of space. The bathroom's "piece-de-la-resistance" is the outdoor bath!!!! A beautiful pedestal tub, set in your very own private zen-garden. What great way to bathe and enjoy yourselves!! Spent hours in the tub just relaxing!! The pools were very nice, and fun. Great to catch some rays and swim, with a few cold beers to 'ease the pain'!! The hotel grounds are beautiful with lotus ponds and gardens (The gardening staff has a lot of responsibility!!). Enjoyed strolling around, taking in the resort creations. In all, we had great service, great comfort, and a fantastic experience here. If you're looking for a quiet, luxurious, getaway, CocoLand is for you!!! Cheers!!
