一家人一起來的，很舒服，陽光房裡暖暖的，讓人想睡覺，設計也很合理，房間挺大的、熱水充足，一家三口住得很舒服，下次來普者黑還住這兒

環境：位置好，清凈。但是離車站和吃飯的鬧區又都很近。
衞生：房間衞生很乾凈，衹是公區打掃不及時，不過不影響，我自己掃了一下就行了。
服務：請了一個小妹妹一個小哥哥在管理，都很親切，衹是不太熟練有點慵懶的感覺，另外我提了兩次游泳池能不能換水，娃娃想玩，他答應了但是住了兩天也沒換，第三天換到了閑雲院，因為進去就是乾淨的全天循環水的泳池，孩子很開心。
設施：比較齊全。也很新。露台很舒服。
早餐其實可以135一種246一種。對於連住的有個換口味的機會

對着窗外是滿眼的荷花
地理位置也不錯，就在普新橋附近，去找吃的找玩的都方便
裏面的小哥哥小姐姐都比較熱情，有求必應
關鍵咖啡也不錯
對着荷花美景發發呆也蠻愜意的
設施：不錯

民宿位置在景區的核心，交通很方便，去各個景點都很近；房間乾淨整潔，環境很好；前台小哥服務熱情周到，主動幫我們拿行李，給我們講解遊玩攻略，還幫我們打電話給飯店來接我們去吃飯，他家的服務妥妥的好評！！!

房間乾淨衞生就是有點煙味，設施也還不錯。地理位置挺好，景色也不錯，出門就是荷塘，可以坐在小院裏看荷塘的人打水仗。店家很熱心，告訴哪裡可以看日出日落，哪家店可以吃東西。還告知包車比較貴，可以先買船票，這一整天的電車就可以免費。

在荷花初放的季節來到普者黑，有點怕蚊子多所以特意看了民宿房間在二樓才訂的。入住時才知道所有標間都在一樓。由於到達時已經比較晚了，且民宿公區看起來還是相當乾淨舒適的，在有限地找了找其它民宿後就先入住了。住進去後發現浴室的門滑軌壞了，關不起來，也沒法選擇民宿給出的其它標間（一間在布草間旁邊小且悶，另一間潮氣很重且在廁所邊。且這就是民宿一樓所有標間的情況了）。於是衹能在潮氣很重的那間洗澡，住宿繼續在本來的房間。至此心情已經比較糟糕了。
之後:淋浴時發現浴室天花板已經發黴，淋浴噴頭灑水非常不勻。想喝水時又發現房間沒放置礦泉水。晚上睡覺時有蚊子。床墊偏軟屬於彈簧較少質量相當一般的類型。早上八點起床前台沒人，民宿也沒提前告知過吃早飯也沒提前告知要去廚房吃，我在民宿前台等了二十多分鐘到八點二十多看還是沒人，衹好微信問老闆早飯在哪。
早餐屬於乾淨簡單型的，種類是阿姨現煮的米線，雞蛋、白包和紅薯。米線雖然沒太多配料味道還是不錯的。
整體感受:
1.前文所述的入住樓層不實，未告知早餐用餐地點且前台八點多空無一人的情況，民宿未誠懇表示任何歉意（有請我們吃一小碟西瓜，但當時實在吃不下去）。
2.普者黑最美的季節，不要選擇該民宿一樓的任何房間入住，這一晚把心情破壞到作為遊客，衹想直接離開普者黑了。

民宿酒店位於普者黑村小紅坡，坐落在荷花盛開的池塘邊上，兩晚休息的很好👍風景無敵好看！服務很好，貼心的為我們找了司機接送服務。下次一定再住這家！

老闆是個i人，大家放心來住，真實真誠第一名！大家放心大膽跟他聊天，旺季還有調酒🍸！
民宿地理位置非常好，很方便，在各個景點的中間位置，出行非常便捷。門口就可以直接拍荷花🪷
一樓大堂很居家，房間也很乾凈。適合家人，朋友來，也適合公司團建包場。
