Their excellent service was a huge plus for the hotel. On the downside, perhaps because we were on the top floor, the hallways felt poorly ventilated. The room itself felt a bit stuffy and oppressive, and there was a peculiar, unidentifiable odor. The hotel's parking lot was quite small, forcing us to park across the street, which was a minor inconvenience."

"I chose this hotel because of the "Chaoman" brand, but the windows facing the street were extremely poorly soundproofed. It felt like sleeping on the street at night. I could only fall asleep in the early morning when there was no traffic, and I was woken up again around 4 AM by cars – it was a disaster! I contacted customer service to change rooms that night, but was told there were no twin rooms available. Around 11 PM, I couldn't stand it anymore and asked if I could add a room, but was refused. Customer service said they would provide earplugs. Seriously, I'm on a holiday trip looking for a good time, and I have to pay double the price to sleep with earplugs? Is this how they help customers solve problems? A truly conscientious company should be wholeheartedly considerate of its customers! I suggest the hotel manager try staying in a room facing the street and experience it for themselves! If the hotel's windows aren't properly sealed, they should inform guests upon check-in! The hotel didn't show any sincerity in handling the situation afterward. I ended up taking a nap in my car with dark circles under my eyes this morning."

"The hotel is newly opened, and the room smelled terrible, so I had to open the window to air it out. The room was poorly cleaned, and the staff were lazy and made excuses, which was unpleasant. "There is hot spring available, it doesn’t mention while booking. The swimming pool is not within the precinct with extra charge, and parents are not permitted to go in. The room is not clean at all, hair is everywhere, the toilet is not flushable. Our request to stay away from the lift is not being considered. Our room is straight next to the lift. The room has odour with smoke smell. The lights are not bright at all, the power points are not working properly. The 2nd floor is supposed to be for entertainment but it’s not functioning. There is also Under construction happening near the hotel, which is very loud. We basically stayed in the room for about 15mins and checked out. We requested to refund, but they rejected. Not a great experience, not recommended."
