First, I wold like to thank the staff for their excellent service, in particular, I would like the management to recognize 我的名字是Meijiaxue for her help. Staff speak minimal English but worked very hard to understand us and give us extra care. I would recommend that the hotel have a wechat account available for foriegners to contact the front desk for easy translation. 我的名字是Meijiaxue connected with us this way, via our request. She went out of her way to help book us a car, order food and buy products.
The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are stunning and feel very high end, luxury. The building is new and well maintained. Shampoo, soap and conditioner is a lovely lavendar and mint, natural product.
Upon arrival you are given tickets for on site alpaca feeding and DIY drawing activity. We only did the alpaca feeding which only took 5 minutes but was immensely fun.
Breakfast buffet was well done and more than enough food for only 24 rooms, primarily chinese food but some western dishes.
Location was the only downfall. I thought being only 15 minutes from downtown and the beach would be no problem for a taxi. However, it was almost immposible to get a taxi or Didi. There is nothing else in the area so there are no cars in the area. One night we wanted to go to dinner and waited an hour trying to get a car, before eventually giving up. The staff then helped us to order in food instead. If you are able to get a car, its only around 20rmb to DT, when we were able to get a car.
Overall, I would absolutely visit again and recommend, Ideally with a car.

I nostri aspetti preferiti sono stati la spaziosa stanza e il stupendo bagno che guarda l'oceano.
La posizione di fronte alla spiaggia dell'hotel è un grande plus. Anche se abbiamo visitato in inverno, siamo stati abbastanza fortunati per sperimentare la neve sulla spiaggia, che si è sentito surreale e ha aggiunto un toccamento magico al nostro soggiorno.
La piscina all'interno sul piano superiore è decente, offre una vista magnifica, mentre il colazione è abbondante e variabile. Il ristorante cinese vicino alla piscina è molto consigliato perfetto per quando non ti piace andare fuori, e il cibo era delizioso.
In generale, è stato un ottimo soggiorno, e sono già in attesa di tornare in estate per provare la loro piscina all'aperto, che è stata chiusa durante l'inverno.

But the hotel has very little understanding of privacy of their guests. A hotel personal entered our room without an invite while I was dressing up, another hotel worker took our picture without asking, front desk manager keeps all foreigner passport pictures in her personal phone. Should not hotel provide working phone to its personnels if it’s required to keep personal information from guests on phones?k
Also hotel price does not match the service they are providing. The hotel room surfaces was in dust, and they do not clean after each visitor, we found pair of shoes from previous visitors.
