The hotel service location is excellent. TV screen is huge around 65 inch. The room js newly decorated. Our room is a bit warmer but we sorted out the issue by opening the window. All staff are very friendly. Highly recommended!

What a lovely gem of a hotel! I was reluctantly (very reluctantly) persuaded to leave Beijing for the weekend and head for the nesrest beach - Qinhuangdao. The Bullet Train was great fun - we splashed out on first-class tickets and had the first-class cabin all to ourselves. Qinhuangdao was a welcome change of pace from the self-important hussle of Beijing. The bad things first - the weather was terrible and the beach itself is more 1970s Blackpool than present-day Antibes. But the Hampton by Hilton was a delightful surprise. The staff are absolutely delightful. Although they don’t speak English, the use of a few translation apps soon explained to them what we needed and they always did their best to look after us. The rooms are great - we even got a free upgrade to a suite. The breakfast options are many and varied. We were the only Western guests that weekend and the other guests seemed to be Chinese middle-class families. If I had to guess I would say they tended to be from other parts of China as they didn’t seem to be the usual rude impatient Beijingers. It was lovely to see Al the little children having fun with their parents. So, our thanks to the ladies at Reception, the young concierge guys, the housekeepers and the busy breakfast staff. The owners of the this hotel is blessed with great staff. Thank you all so much for looking after us so well.

Mi piace vivere all'hotel Yahoo, la stanza è pulita e igienica e il suono è buono.La stanza scena del mare è aggiornata gratuitamente, il servizio della ricetta è attento e necessario, perché dimentica di portare il cavo di carica del telefono cellulare, chiamare la ricetta, dare subito il caricatore, un po'inaspettato.Il balcone può essere visto lontano dal mare. Ci sono cinque stelle in tutti gli aspetti.C'è una piccola suggerimento: il parcheggio è molto conveniente, ma cerca di regolare il parcheggio al punto di uscita. È troppo timido uscire, molto facile da fare ❤️

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti per il Festival della barca del drago, e non potevamo essere più felici abbiamo scelto questo hotel per conoscere Qinghuangdao. L'hotel è molto pulito, nessun angolo sembra vecchio. La nostra suite aveva un bagno che è un grande modo di rilassarsi. La posizione è assolutamente perfetta - si è una pietra gettata dal mare, e a piedi di distanza da posti carini per andare a pranzo o cena. Il personale non parlava inglese, ma ci avevano molto gentile e rispondevano a tutte le domande che avevamo. Il pranzo era la parte meno attraente. Il cibo era molto fragile, e la varietà era un po' mancata a mio parere. Non mi importa di avere un pranzo cinese tradizionale (vivo qui da anni) ma anche quello era senza sapore e freddo.

Questa è la seconda volta che il personale del servizio dell'hotel è incantato di strutture complete, igiene pulita, colazione anche buona, e il rapporto prezzo è molto alto.L'unica insufficiente è che l'hotel è un po'di distanza, e la città non è grande, e il bus è conveniente dove andare.

A very nice service, listening to guest’s need. Fruit plate every afternoon with delicious fruits. I asked and got room changed due to noise and smell from kitchen. Also agreed to checkout 2 hours later than regular checkout time.

Il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel sulla spiaggia è stato meraviglioso. La stanza pulita e le splendide viste sugli oceani sono state fatte per un rilassante ritiro. Le fonti calde nella nostra stanza sono un'appartamento unico e piacevole.Il personale è stato amichevole e utile, migliorando la nostra esperienza.Il buffet da pranzo, premiato a 169 RMB, offre una fantastica varietà di alimenti per la pesca e altri piatti, rendendolo un must-test. In generale, siamo stati molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno e consigliamo questo hotel per la sua eccellente posizione e attrezzature.

酒店的位置在秦皇島市的西南面 ，開車從京哈高速下來很快就到了，旁邊1公里處有著名的秦家味老菜館，酒店所在大廈的二樓有當地較大的超市—佳樂佳，大廈為新建不久，地下一層和二層均可停車：車位寬裕，一層大堂裝修豪華，前台工作人員服務熱情周到，房間乾淨整潔，設有小冰箱及免費水，床墊很舒適，熱水很沖，總體來説不錯。值得推薦。

這家酒店真的太棒了！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，我就被其温馨舒適的環境所吸引。房間寬敞明亮，傢俱擺設都透露出一種高雅的品味。床品柔軟舒適，讓我感受到了家一般的温馨。酒店的服務也是一流的，員工們熱情周到，始終保持微笑服務，讓我倍感親切。此外，酒店的餐飲也非常出色，菜品豐富多樣，口味地道美味。總之，這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象，無論是商務出差還是休閑度假，我都會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏，強烈推薦給大家

3月初淡季給升級了家庭房。沒有暖氣衹有中央空調，有一點小冷，作為東北人還是抗凍的。前台説可以給退了去別人家態度非常的好。設施很新，隔音也挺好的。位置在34路公交奧林匹克站，坐34去哪都很方便！天氣暖了還會來滴。
