KKalakeerqihuangongLa prima volta che viviamo in un Castello Hotel, il rapporto costo-benefici è super alto, molti progetti possono giocare, l'area dell'hotel è anche molto grande. Ci facciamo contattare con l'auto-escursione dell'hotel in anticipo. La entrata della targa di registrazione è molto conveniente ～ Torna la prossima volta!

GG. Solo TravelerJ had a lovely stay at the Argyle resort and the fact that you just need to cross the parking lot to get to the Dongshan Bathing Spot is definitely amazing! There are some tourist attractions close by, but very far from historical sites.
The room was ok, but it looked different from the pictures. Probably a bit of mold on the wall or water damage, dirty windows, and a piece of the wardrobe door was broken. Not what I would expect at a resort.
The breakfast had so many options, but very few western choices, limited to sliced bread, butter and jam, yogurt, fruits and coffee. The coffee machine always had an issue, but the staff quickly came to fix it. During my stay there, everyday someone complained about the coffee maker.
One of the things that I found really nice is that every day they would bring or leave fruit in my room. But on the last day, I was sleeping, and someone came in. She did apologize, but it was weird having someone in your room while you’re there.
In terms of amenities, they have everything really! From shower cap to razors. And the blow dryer was really good!
Because it was golden week, the staff was overwhelmed with work (lots of guests and weddings) and they didn’t talk about the facilities - gym, pool, hot springs.

WWidya AirlanggaAbbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante la vacanza cinese del Nuovo Anno e abbiamo avuto una splendida esperienza.L'hotel si sente nuovo e moderno, con un delizioso odore lungo tutto il , soprattutto nelle strade. I nostri aspetti preferiti sono stati la spaziosa stanza e il stupendo bagno che guarda l'oceano.
La posizione di fronte alla spiaggia dell'hotel è un grande plus. Anche se abbiamo visitato in inverno, siamo stati abbastanza fortunati per sperimentare la neve sulla spiaggia, che si è sentito surreale e ha aggiunto un toccamento magico al nostro soggiorno.
La piscina all'interno sul piano superiore è decente, offre una vista magnifica, mentre il colazione è abbondante e variabile. Il ristorante cinese vicino alla piscina è molto consigliato perfetto per quando non ti piace andare fuori, e il cibo era delizioso.
In generale, è stato un ottimo soggiorno, e sono già in attesa di tornare in estate per provare la loro piscina all'aperto, che è stata chiusa durante l'inverno.

FFelix MakOgandoWe very much enjoyed our stay . Staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. Very convenient location, a stone throw away from the beach. A mall is about 10 minutes away in a taxi.
The only aspect we feel needs to improve is the breakfast. The menu was always the same which made a longer stay experience a bit boring, not always looking forward to dining. Perhaps changing a few items in the menu every morning will make that exceptional experience. Otherwise, an amazing hotel-keep it up!

SSHER-ALINice hotel, very close to the 🏖️ beach, love the breakfast and variety of food. Room cleaning was average but still the view and location is great 👍 swimming pool is good, laundry is convenient. Stayed there three nights , very much satisfied. We changed the dates of our stay for two times , satisfied with the service .

Impianti: in generale, molto nuovi, insufficienti nei pressi degli Stati Uniti e della Cina, e più ricchi impianti sono in costruzione, in attesa di completamento
Salute: molto pulita, tutti i dettagli della lavatrice sono molto puliti, e fornisce anche intime alcol per disinfettare
Ambiente: l'ambiente circostante è molto tranquillo e verde rispetto alle vacanze e agli hotel caldi. L'aria è pulita
Servizio: il servizio è ancora buono come sempre. Gli elogi sono concentrati su alcune sorelle della ricetta di Sang Zeng e del servizio di camera ospite, intimo entusiasmo, forniture di riserva e altri utensili molto tempestivi. Sono andato a cena all'edificio ospite. La sorella Wang Xiao Xiao è responsabile della ricezione, Ci ha aiutato a scegliere i piatti che ci piacevano, e abbiamo organizzato un elicottero per riportarci a Sansey.

UUtente ospiteDecent location. Could do with improving when it comes to food choices. A lot of space for kids to roam around and play which is a plus. The girl at the front desk who speaks Russian was absolutely amazing, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. However, we tried to go to a restaurant to eat once and the lady (manager I think) told us that were no tables available and we could not go in. We saw people continuously go in and more than one table available, she told us to go somewhere else. We ignored her and sat down to have our meal. Very disrespectful behaviour towards foreigners it seemed.

Si possono acquistare prodotti marini freschi, e vi soggiornerà in questo hotel

UUtente ospiteIt was such an unique experience to stay in a hotel inside the ancient city wall, it felt like travelled back to China in the olden days.
As it was off-peak season when we visited 山海关，we were upgraded to a family room, which mean there is a separate bedroom with a single bed, on top of a master room with a double bed.
As it was rather cold and we were tired from all the walking, we decided to make life easy by eating at the restaurant within the hotel. We didn't expect much though. But..., we were much much more than surprise the dishes were Ace standard, be it in presentation or taste! A big big thumb up!
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All in all, we really enjoyed the service extended to us! It is no doubt hotel staff in China places their guests at top priority, making them feel at home at all times.
P.S the teapot was not filled with tea but a yummilicious 松茸汤。
