La posizione era molto buona. Era molto vicina alla spiaggia di Tiger Stone che era un bel posto. Le strade intorno a questo hotel sono molto accoglienti, con le pinze. La gestione dell'hotel era molto cooperativa e accogliente. La stanza era molto comoda. Ho mancato solo una cosa e questo era un collegamento tra lobby e la stanza. C'era una disconnessione tra i due e mi sentivo come vivendo in una stanza d'appartamento. Altre cose erano perfette. Raccomando questo hotel a Beidei.

UUtente ospiteWhat a lovely gem of a hotel! I was reluctantly (very reluctantly) persuaded to leave Beijing for the weekend and head for the nesrest beach - Qinhuangdao.
The Bullet Train was great fun - we splashed out on first-class tickets and had the first-class cabin all to ourselves. Qinhuangdao was a welcome change of pace from the self-important hussle of Beijing.
The bad things first - the weather was terrible and the beach itself is more 1970s Blackpool than present-day Antibes.
But the Hampton by Hilton was a delightful surprise. The staff are absolutely delightful. Although they don’t speak English, the use of a few translation apps soon explained to them what we needed and they always did their best to look after us.
The rooms are great - we even got a free upgrade to a suite. The breakfast options are many and varied. We were the only Western guests that weekend and the other guests seemed to be Chinese middle-class families. If I had to guess I would say they tended to be from other parts of China as they didn’t seem to be the usual rude impatient Beijingers. It was lovely to see Al the little children having fun with their parents.
So, our thanks to the ladies at Reception, the young concierge guys, the housekeepers and the busy breakfast staff. The owners of the this hotel is blessed with great staff. Thank you all so much for looking after us so well.

Il colazione era grande, c'era un gentiluomo che faceva parte del personale che era molto utile. Le strutture dell'hotel erano anche grandi. C'era anche Christina un altro membro del personale che era molto ospite e molto utile durante il mio soggiorno. Vorrei certamente raccomandare a qualsiasi famiglia di venire qui e ringraziare il personale che vi ha lavorato per la loro assoluta assistenza durante le due notti che ho trascorso.

UUtente ospiteI recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken.
The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work.
I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied.
The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service.
I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone.
In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement.

RRichterA true 5 Star experience. The room is top notch with a large window overlooking the sea. Service is outstanding in all categories. Breakfast is full and rich. The hotel dinner buffet is so extraordinary that I say you must try it at least once! We were amazed at the variety of dishes and the quality. Hotel location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk and you can have your feet in the sand or water. The Qinhuang Alley Food Street is also within walking distance or very short cab ride. This food street is very lively and fun to visit especially in the evening. Two other recommendations for things to do are Lao Long Tou (Old Dragon Head) which you can get to by cab. And if you are a fan of the Olympics you really should visit Olympic Avenue Park. Amazing relief sculpture wall over 300 meters long portraying Olympic history. Must be seen to be believed. Thank you to all the friendly and professional staff and chefs at Grand Hotel Qinhuang for making our 4 night stay so enjoyable. Qinhuangdao is a wonderful city with so many different things to do and experience we hope we can return again.

UUtente ospiteThe Shangri-La hotel is a beautiful hotel located in a prime spot next to the beach. There is a great buzz and range of facilities at the hotel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, however, there were a few frustrating things. I arrived after the check-in time but my room was not yet ready. To compensate for this, I was taken to the executive lounge and my request for a late check out was accepted. At breakfast the next morning, many of the coffee machines had run out of milk and it took a little while for the milk to be topped up.

看酒店衞生，最先看的就是衞生間。她家衞生間乾淨沒有異味兒，也很乾爽。一個酒店的衞生間都很用心的去打掃，其他就不用太擔心了。洗澡是大噴頭。
房間也是超級乾淨！沒有異味！就是很棒！
【早餐】：好吃呀～品類不多，但都很好吃，食材新鮮，隨時補少了的餐食。牛奶咖啡粥，主食，涼菜炒菜，水果，小點心。
【服務】：
保安大哥可負責了，每次停車都會在車位幫忙看着。
酒店客房部服務員小姐姐們服務超級貼心，合理的要求全都很盡心的去服務。看我們帶着倆寶寶還給我們升級了房間。特別感謝👍
房間很多，如果想入住，可以提前撥打酒店電話問有沒有空房。

La ragazza del fronte che parla russo era assolutamente sorprendente, andò di sopra e di là per assicurarci che avessimo un grande soggiorno. Ma abbiamo cercato di andare a un ristorante per mangiare una volta, e la signora (il direttore, credo) ci ha detto che non ci erano tavole disponibili e non potevamo entrare; abbiamo visto la gente entrare continuamente e più di una tavola disponibile, ci ha detto di andare da qualche altra parte. La ignorammo e ci sedemmo per mangiare, e sembrava molto disrespecto nei confronti degli stranieri.

MMarcus JSThis is a very well-appointed and comfortable hotel located within the old town walls of Shanhaiguan, 50 yards or so from the east gate. It is built and decorated in the traditional style of the area. Large, comfortable beds, the a/c unit warms the room. A filling and varied breakfast is delivered to the room in the morning. The staff are cheerful and pleasant. The hotel boasts a restaurant in a separate building which serves a wide selection of delicious food. Private dining rooms are available. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would be very happy to return.
