UUtente ospiteChe posto fantastico con personale sorprendente che ha fatto l'esperienza molto meglio. Le camere sono tutto ciò che possiamo chiedere, moderno e molto pulito con grandi attrazioni. Anche la primavera calda privata è assolutamente vale la pena visitare. La zona è bella, anche con molte cose da vedere e da fare, ma sicuramente avrebbero bisogno di noleggiare una macchina, perché alcune cose sono lontane. Prima del nostro soggiorno ho chiesto a uno dei membri del personale chiamato Min se potesse ordinare i fiori per un'occasione speciale, e lo fece senza esitazione e li metteva nella stanza al nostro arrivo.Era così utile e gentile per tutto il soggiorno, Ci raccontava i migliori luoghi per visitare e ristorare, e anche per aiutarci a ordinare cena al ristorante locale quando ci battevamo troppo per la nostra mancanza di parlare cinese. Il colazione è delizioso e il caffè è servito con un grande caffè e bellissime pasticcerie. Non potevo raccomandare questo posto per un bel fine settimana lontano dalla natura.

TTianavintageThe hotel view is absolutely stunning — it feels like you're in Guilin, surrounded by beautiful mountains. I booked the Lan Shan room with a private pool. The pool was moderately clean and quite small — perfect for taking photos and relaxing, but not ideal for serious swimming.
A heads-up for female guests: during my stay, we felt a bit uncomfortable when a drone flew overhead while we were using the pool. Although the hotel clearly prohibits drones (all guests are required to sign an agreement), there happened to be a cycling event nearby, and we weren’t sure who the drone belonged to. If you're planning to wear a bikini or swimwear, just be extra mindful and occasionally check your surroundings for privacy, as it might affect your comfort.
The room itself was very spacious, though the cleanliness could be better. However, the service was outstanding — the staff made sure we had everything we needed and were always attentive. We enjoyed the in-room breakfast, which was very convenient. The hotel also offered complimentary afternoon tea and a free photo shoot. While the cheesecake could have tasted better, the photographer was friendly and made the experience fun.
Overall, it’s a peaceful and relaxing getaway with stunning scenery and great service — just be cautious around the pool area if you’re concerned about privacy.

The whole experience was fantastic.
Our good impression started with the very helpful rebooting phone enquiries to check about swimming for the children. The reception team were very helpful and polite.
The setting and landscape was beautifully peaceful.
The spa pools were fantastically clean and provided free water, tea and towels throughout.
All staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Some spoke English, but all were happy to converse through the use of translation apps.

The lobby was elegantly decorated and created a cozy atmosphere, which set the tone for my entire visit. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. Our beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night’s sleep every night of our stay.
The hotel amenities were fantastic! I especially enjoyed the pool area; which was well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delightful meals, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet — a great way to start the day!
Overall, my experience at Gong He Yuan Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it!
