I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. Great hotel! I love the facilities and the location. Amazing view of the review. However I will not return. The room is impossible to sleep in - the bed is too hard and the room is dry and extremely hot with Jo way of adjusting the temperature.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gong He Yuan Hotel , and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The lobby was elegantly decorated and created a cozy atmosphere, which set the tone for my entire visit. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. Our beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night’s sleep every night of our stay. The hotel amenities were fantastic! I especially enjoyed the pool area; which was well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delightful meals, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet — a great way to start the day! Overall, my experience at Gong He Yuan Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it!

五一期間，玩到晚上9點多才去辦理入住，客服小姐姐送了入住小禮物，如果沒記錯的話好像是朱小姐，時間較晚，也未在酒店走走。第二天打開陽台推拉門，陽光很好，比較人性化，這麼好的陽光挺適合晾曬衣服，現在很多酒店做不到這一點，對於家庭親子出遊還是很不錯的，畢竟小孩子有時候衣服弄濕需要晾曬。酒店還有萌寵樂園，吃完早餐，孩子去看看動物，挺開心的。

地理位置優越，離廣清城際清城站不遠，座落在北江邊，附近吃住行都方便。 酒店裝飾充滿熱帶風情，有各式各樣的雕塑、擺件，房間分佈不同區域，預訂的是江景房，房間面積不大，靠江位置先是隔出了一個小陽台，另一邊則是落地玻璃，使得整個房間很“陽光”，房間內燈光也是很充足的。 除了中央空調，還有獨立空調（因為中央空調真是不怎麼涼快），床上用品很不錯，舒服乾淨，洗手間乾濕分離，淋浴房空間挺大的，就是剛進去的時間會有一點異味，必須多開一會抽風才散去。 整體很滿意，傍晚時分在下面散步，吹吹江風很愜意，還有美麗的夕陽相伴。 另外酒店的服務也很好，前台服務員能積極解決問題，大門的保安看到我們出門傘不夠，主動借出傘。

Molto buon servizio, e il cibo è eccellente e delizioso. Se stai cercando una pausa tranquilla e rilassante questo è perfetto. È rurale, quindi si prega di un luogo tranquillo che abbiamo fatto il nostro viaggio con i conducenti locali, un'auto sarebbe utile se siete qui. Bene per ciclismo o eccezione e camminare nei villaggi locali.

Il centro della città dell'hotel, le strutture sono perfette e la camera è ampio e confortevole. Questa volta è in camera dei genitori, il tema è il sogno di 🤭 I bambini sono felici e divertiti 🥳 è una volta per tre giorni e due notti. Il cameriere di front desk Carry ha organizzato intimamente . Si consiglia di andare a Longlong con una spedizione gratuita, Ci vuole solo circa mezz'ora per andare. Ci sono molte altre opzioni per la colazione di auto-supporto. I bambini e i bambini della famiglia sono soddisfatti di 10 punti 😃

La stanza è anche molto pulita, l'aria condizionata è molto potente, l'acqua calda è anche abbastanza, la lampada e l'amplificazione sono anche luminose. 這是一次非常驚喜的入住，300元的房間居然能提供1500元以上酒店才可能有的體驗 。 偶然住到這一家，問了前台原來是上個月才開幕 。酒店是懷舊的設計，從大堂，樓層酒廊，到房間，每個細節都貫穿了相同的設計語言 。 由於自己很怕煙味，在入住時跟前台非常好看的小姐姐詢問是否有禁煙房，沒想到小姐姐很貼心的主動提出帶我到房間讓我看看我是否對環境滿意 ，結果房間沒有任何異味，非常衞生乾淨 。而且在我詢問前台有關早餐安排時，旁邊皊主管給我送了早餐卷 。雖然早餐費用只是30元，但這安排非常貼心 。 關於房間，我向來對房間非常挑剔，甚至於有一點點潔癖，基本不考慮1000元樓下的酒店，這次由於很晚才到清遠所以就找了距離近的 。由於新開業，房間沒有任何污漬，房間無異味而且是乾爽的（好多等級不高的酒店如果空調不調到很冷，空氣是潮濕有異味的） 。房間地板是設計感的木地板，像家裡般乾淨，家具全部都是木設計 。淋浴間和廁所非常乾淨，沒有水漬 。毛巾都是全白很柔軟乾淨 。整體來說這房間非常舒適自在👍🏼 早餐是自助形式，30元早餐肯定沒有大酒店的款式多，但也很夠了，味道也不錯 。而且用餐區都昰木桌木椅，感覺挺溫馨的，環境也很乾淨 。進入及離開餐廳時職員都是帶笑容打招呼，感覺很好 。 早餐後到大堂買咖啡，結果前台連咖啡也送我了 。都不用賺錢了嗎？😅大堂挺有設計感的，在一大排書柜旁皊椅子享受咖啡是個不錯的體驗 。 總結來說，以往來清遠好幾次是住宮禾元的遊艇風房間，為的是房間乾淨衞生（但他們前台服務態度很差） 。但住過這家喆啡後，下次來清遠肯定就直接訂房不用想了 。有設計感，房間乾淨衞生，空間也不太小 。最重要是服務非常好尤其是大堂職員，明顯是酒店培訓得非常到位，對客人也十分用心 。 希望貴酒店對4月26日晚班的前台同事們進行表揚，她們的好服務使我對低價位酒店有了不一樣的認識，價格跟服務原來是沒有關係的 。 也沒別的酒店能讓我寫這麼多字來高度評價了 。well done👍🏼
