Hotel in zona Qingdao Zhushan National Forest Park, Qingdao

Essendo un frequente viaggiatore d'affari, era la prima volta che soggiornavo in un hotel a cinque stelle e ho potuto dormire finché non mi sono svegliato naturalmente. Il servizio fornito dal bel ragazzo Evan alla reception è stato fantastico e molto gentile! Anche la zia Ruby Zang del reparto pulizie è molto gentile, lavora con attenzione e coscienziosità. Inoltre, la colazione a buffet dell'hotel è molto ricca e deliziosa, soprattutto la ciotola di piccoli wonton! Il punto chiave è che anche il bagno nella hall è molto pulito! Anche il concierge è molto gentile! Anche la vista della palestra fornita dall'hotel è molto buona e anche la qualità dell'acqua della piscina è molto buona! Questa è un'esperienza molto bella! Verrò di nuovo se ne avrò la possibilità

La posizione è perfetta: in centro, proprio accanto alla metropolitana e vicino al mare. Immagino che qualsiasi stanza avrebbe una vista sul mare :) Nonostante la posizione centrale, non è rumoroso. Il servizio è ottimo: il personale è disponibile e cordiale. Sono riuscito a lasciare la mia valigia fino a sera perché il volo era in ritardo. Tutto è pulito, c'è abbastanza acqua potabile e tè e ho ricevuto frutta omaggio in camera. Alla reception parlano inglese. Il materasso potrebbe essere un po' più morbido però :)

Very convenient location, just 5 minutes walk to Mixc shopping mall. The room I got was new, clean and spacious, with an amazing view of the city. Staffs were very polite and professional. Thank you for accommodating to my late check out request so I can get some rest before my late flight.

The hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating. The facilities are just great, it's within close walking distance of May 4th square, the coast and the Mixc mall is practically in the same building complex. It's an ideal location for business trips, or vacation. The rooms offer enough facilities that if you are staying long enough you can cook for yourself, you can also get assistance from the staff to order take-aways, and there are a large number of different kinds of restaurants nearby. Also there's a 7-11 convenience store within 2 minutes walking distance from the entrance to the hotel. And getting a taxi is very easy and convenient through the Didi app. If you're familiar with how things work in China, it'll be really easy for you to feel at home, if not, the staff will do their best to assist you with anything you need. The apartment is awesome, very big, adorable view, clean and …. bathtub🛁with ocean view. Also there is a kitchen with the stove, fridge and washing machine which can be very useful, especially when you travel with your family. But we didn’t use them because for breakfast we went to the hotel’s restaurant and ate delicious buffet. The hosting staff can speak English and very helpful. And no doubt-the location is the greatest advantage of this apartment. 4-5 minutes and the sea 🌊 Wow😍

Great hotel with nice location at the seaside. It's between the city centre and Laoshan, so quite convenient for visiting both. Very good service, everyone was very kind and helpful, felt very welcomed there. We loved our room, it was classy and spacious although we just booked the simplest one. The indoor playground was wonderful for our little toddler, she went to play there every day of our visit. Loads of variety at the breakfast buffet from Chinese to Western. Their baguette and cookies are awesome. All in all, perfect choice for our stay in Qingdao. Would go there again.

This is my fifth stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. The rooms are comfortable (great bed - perfect for the rainy weather) and I particularly like the breakfast buffet. I personally appreciate the service and a special mention to the cleaner and floor manager (秦嘉璐 Jack) for being welcoming, showing me to my room and just simply being polite and hospitable. This is exactly why I keep coming back to this hotel and will continue to come back.

Il servizio di cura è tutto in risposta alla prima volta. Sono molto soddisfatti. Le strutture generali non sono molto simili a un nuovo hotel aperto presto. L'igiene è buona. Firstly, I must mention the facilities of this hotel. As it is newly opened, all the facilities are extremely new, from the beds and bathrooms in the rooms to the decorations and leisure facilities in the public areas. The hotel's interior design is uniquely stylish, exhibiting a more trendy look compared to other international hotels around this area, giving off a sense of fashion and modernity. Secondly, despite being located a bit far from the seashore, this did not hinder my appreciation of the sea view. From my room, I could enjoy the beauty of the sea and feel the gentle breeze of the ocean, as if I were on a seaside vacation. Moving on to the breakfast, it was quite extensive, offering a variety of choices. From traditional Chinese breakfast options to Western bread and milk, there's something for everyone. Both Chinese and Western breakfast lovers can find something to satisfy their taste buds here. Moreover, the quality of the breakfast is excellent, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors, making it a satisfying meal. Lastly, I must mention the underground parking lot of this hotel. It provides ample parking spaces, making it very convenient for guests who travel by car. The parking lot is also well-equipped, with dedicated security personnel to oversee the vehicles, giving guests peace of mind when leaving their cars here.
