There are plenty of eateries around with friendly owners. I would like to specially commend the front desk staff as well as the night shift driver for being exceptionally friendly and helpful. The front desk staff helped me with my various needs and are friendly to everyone. The night shift driver was ready before the assigned time and helped with the luggage on and off the car, and even reminded us on which gate and who to approach for help. All in all, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel!

The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered.
In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room.
Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room.
Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests.
Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning.
The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired.
On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

Quando ho fatto il check-in alle 18:00, mi è stato detto che il ristorante principale stava già chiudendo e che avrei dovuto ordinare dal servizio in camera. Le istruzioni per il servizio in camera erano fuorvianti e difficili da seguire a causa dei nuovi codici qr che non erano correttamente collegati al sistema dell'hotel. Il telefono accanto al menu (e al letto) e la scheda del menu con le istruzioni non funzionavano. Ad un certo punto, sono sceso nell'atrio per chiedere aiuto.
Dopo tre ore di tentativi di procurarmi del cibo, ho rinunciato e ho lasciato l'albergo per trovare un ristorante. Di conseguenza, non ho avuto abbastanza tempo per usare la piscina, motivo principale per cui ho fatto il check-in in hotel l'ultimo giorno della mia vacanza per festeggiare il mio compleanno.
