Hotel room is clean and neat, got a small tatami. So far no noise during our staying, just can hear some sounds at corridor in the early morning when people passed by. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel has the service to receive the parcel, water dispenser (hot, warm, cold), washing machine and clothes dryer (free), which is good if for long staying. Location is near to the beer museum, for metro station if walk slow is around 8-9 mins, but easy to take the train go to the popular surrounding areas. We also received the small gifts when we check out, quite warm. Overall is good for staying in this hotel, thank you

La stazione degli autobus più vicina si trova di fronte alla scuola elementare, comoda da raggiungere tramite Amap. L'autobus n. 221 è accessibile da diverse linee della stazione MRT. Hotel molto pulito, personale super cordiale. Ottimo servizio, la selezione della colazione può essere migliorata.

Location is fantastic, but the price doesn't match the experience. 😕
The hotel's location is excellent, right near the church, coffee shops, barbecues, and beer places. It's very easy to get anywhere.
However, for 960rmb+ per night, I was expecting more. The room is quite dark and not good for taking pictures or doing makeup. They should really upgrade the lighting to something guests can adjust.
The room itself is spacious with a comfortable bed. The shower has strong, very hot water you can be toasted in one minute!
My main issue is the value. For this price, there is no complimentary tea or coffee in the room, no TV, and no breakfast included. I was a little unhappy about this.
The service was very nice, thanks to one young man who was always trying to help us, even though he doesn't speak English. He is the best reason to book this hotel. 👍👍👍
A note: there is no elevator, but that was fine for us since there's no gym to worry about anyway.
Overall, the location is perfect, but the price is really not suitable for what you get.

Anche se la struttura della stanza è bella, i letti sono molto duri, rendendo il sonno incomfortabile. Ci erano tre, ma ci erano solo due asciugamani e un piccolo carta da bagno. Ci era una cucina senza piatti, o cucina. Non abbiamo ricevuto acqua, tè e caffè, abbiamo prenotato per due notti, così che era un po' deludente. Il venerdì sera non abbiamo dormito, perché i nostri vicini erano molto alti, ridevano, parlavano e gridavano fino a tardi dopo mezzanotte. Nessuno si preoccupiva di andare e di dir loro di rispettare gli altri ospiti.
Abbiamo visitato il museo della birra a Walking distance, che è stato molto divertente. Il grande proiettore dello schermo e il bagno nella stanza sono stati i preferiti 😊🍻

酒店不含早，所以我們早上去附近吃了天津衞包子鋪。

The hotel is a family-friendly choice, with a kids’ slide that delighted our children. Cleanliness was well maintained throughout the rooms and public areas, which gave a comfortable impression. On the downside, the hairdryer in our room was faulty and regular towels were not available, only thin disposable ones. Waiting for the lift often took longer than expected, which became inconvenient during busy times. Despite these shortcomings, the staff were consistently helpful and willing to assist whenever needed. SSalehbaigiMy wife and I recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao City and we are so thrilled with our experience that we felt compelled to share. This hotel truly stands out for all the right reasons and provided us with a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely enjoyable getaway.
From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness throughout the entire property. The lobby was bright and inviting, the hallways were pristine, and our room was immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, and it made our stay feel both safe and luxurious.
The staff deserves a special mention. Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to the dining area, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They greeted us with genuine smiles, were always ready with a local recommendation, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude really set the tone for our entire trip.
Now, let’s talk about the breakfast – it was excellent! We’ve stayed at many hotels where the complimentary breakfast is a bit of an afterthought, but not here. There was a fantastic variety of selections to choose from. We enjoyed hot items like waffles and scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, pastries, and healthy yogurts. The coffee was always fresh and piping hot, and there was a great selection of teas and chilled juices to start our day right. It’s a real game-changer to begin a day of exploring with such a satisfying and delicious meal.
What truly sealed the deal for us was the incredible value. The price was very reasonable, especially when compared to other hotels in a similar category that we've stayed at in Qingdao. You get so much more for your money here—the excellent breakfast, the modern, clean rooms, and the wonderful service make it a standout choice.
The location was another huge plus for us. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around the city without a car. Furthermore, the surrounding area is vibrant and full of life! We loved being able to step outside and find great restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It felt like we were in the heart of the action.
Finally, as non-smokers, we greatly appreciated that the entire hotel, including all rooms, was completely smoke-free. It made the environment so much more pleasant.
In summary, our stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao was practically perfect. It offers incredible value, combining cleanliness, exceptional service, a delicious breakfast, and a prime location.
