Great place to stay in Chengyang! Staff is very nice and polite, ready to help with any request I had. Unfortunately, I do not rememeber the name of a girl who checked me in, but she was superhelpful, and breakfast restauraunt manager too. Totally recommend it!

I stayed just one night as a part of my business trip in Qingdao. The room is kind of ordinary but because of current COVID situation the breakfast was delivered to the room in quarantine style box and there are not so much shopping streets nearby. I changed to another hotel next day

Very happy helpful staff. The service was really great. The room was nice and clean. Unfortunately, the room AC never dropped below 26C, so it was not very comfortable in the end. If the AC were working I would have given 5 stars.

bad surprise ; the breakfast is a bento provided at the door of the rooms. no choice. a gesture has been done, i got coffee and croissant. the room is warm and well insulated bath tub was perfect no coffee nor tea, only 5 bottles of water

My room was booked right outside the elevators. Very noisy. I room was designed for one of the hourly rooms with all the things you need for a quick rendez-vous. It was very off-putting. There were stains of something dripping down the wall near the bed. I questioned the cleanliness of the room. The room never felt cool enough.
