In generale, è molto buono, ma sembra che la stanza che abbiamo fissato non sia grande, come se il capo ci abbia aggiornato il modello di camera gratis. È davvero buono, ci sono lavastoviglie, frigo, ma non possiamo usarlo. Ma, una volta per tutte, l'ascensore di questo edificio commerciale è davvero molto arrampicato, e il cannone può camminare sotto le scale fino al 23° piano e prendere un'altraascensore.

This hotel was a great find! Not too far but not to close to a subway. But close enough to bus stops that take you all over the city. The room itself was big and tidy. The bedding was absolutely the highlight big soft bed with fluffy feather downs and soft pillows. The bathroom was clean but could use with some repairs or upkeep! The shower down had hard water marks and some of the corns were mouly . The bathroom was usable tho and not gross. Cleaning of the room could be done more deep as I noticed some cobwebs in the corners. Overall with a good deep clean it would be rated 5/5.

The location is excellent, beside MixC with many restaurants, around 10 minutes walk to the seaside, 2 minutes to the subway station. The breakfast is very large, the Chinese, but also the western food. In the room are not enough electricity sockets, there wasn't a dedicated space for the electric kettle. We had to put it on the floor to make coffee or tea, whats crazy in such an expensive hotel.

Avevo il piacere di rimanere in un hotel fantastico con una posizione fantastica e un personale incredibilmente amichevole. Essendo un frequente viaggiatore d'affari, era la prima volta che soggiornavo in un hotel a cinque stelle e ho potuto dormire finché non mi sono svegliato naturalmente. Il servizio fornito dal bel ragazzo Evan alla reception è stato fantastico e molto gentile! Anche la zia Ruby Zang del reparto pulizie è molto gentile, lavora con attenzione e coscienziosità. Inoltre, la colazione a buffet dell'hotel è molto ricca e deliziosa, soprattutto la ciotola di piccoli wonton! Il punto chiave è che anche il bagno nella hall è molto pulito! Anche il concierge è molto gentile! Anche la vista della palestra fornita dall'hotel è molto buona e anche la qualità dell'acqua della piscina è molto buona! Questa è un'esperienza molto bella! First and foremost, the receptionist displayed exceptional customer service. Our early morning arrival was met with a warm welcome and an unexpected early check-in. This considerate gesture allowed us to freshen up and kick-start our adventure, setting a positive tone for our stay. During our visit, there was a minor hiccup with housekeeping - a misplaced pair of Nike Air Max shoes. Thankfully, the vigilant receptionist swiftly resolved the issue, locating and returning the missing item promptly. To make amends for the inconvenience, they went the extra mile, offering a small gift and complimentary breakfast coupons as a gesture of goodwill. Such attentiveness to guest needs is truly commendable. While we chose to explore authentic local cuisine during our trip, bypassing hotel dining, I cannot provide feedback on the food quality or variety. In terms of location, this hotel scores points for convenience. Taxis are readily available, and it took us just 30 minutes to reach the stunning Laoshan Mountain, a must-visit destination. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a bustling night market right across the street adds to its appeal. However, there's room for improvement, notably in the cleanliness department. The bathrooms, in particular, left much to be desired, with an unpleasant odour lingering during our stay. Broken equipment, such as the wardrobe, was also in need of repair. Furthermore, the electric kettle was not up to our cleanliness standards, discouraging its use. In summary, this hotel offers excellent customer service, convenient access to transportation and local attractions, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. However, attention to cleanliness and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms, is an area that could use some enhancement.

RRachelle MaeLocation is great because our intention was to be in the Laoshan District. Might not be easy if most of your plans are in the touristy areas such as the Tsingtao Brewery Museum. Anyway, there is Metro (underground subway) which helped us address that in case we wanted to have a look at downtown. The hotel is a 10 min walk from either Haiyou or Haichuan stations in Line 2. We’re not so much of a fan of Chinese food for breakfast, so the free breakfast was not fascinating for us. They did have eggs and bread. There is an elevator to help us carry or luggage all the way to our floors. And the room was neat and clean, and they clean it every time we’re out.

Il servizio di ricezione e ricezione è molto conveniente. La ricezione è buona. La stanza è anche elevata gratuitamente. La stanza non è isolata. Alcuni parlano nel corridoio e hanno un posto di parcheggio vuoto. Anche i negozi di buona qualità dell'hotel adiacente sono occupati da auto elettriche. Il parcheggio va a un parcheggio distante. Anche se il piccolo e il piccolo bagno è completo, le strutture interne sono complete, sara'piu' vicina al mio negozio di amici.
