location was good and we stayed at the renovated part of the resort so it was great. but the overall service quality isn't great. reception staffs are not friendly and they even look bothered and annoyed when you have questions.

No bath towels provided, it is more like a long-stay condo hotel than a full service hotel.
The room is clean and with minimialistic design. The public area needs some refreshing, looks like a hotel from the 90s.
Onsen is great, kids friendly, conveniently connected to ski-rental and lifts.
Overall 4 out of 5.

The location is perfect, right at the snow park. The rooms are a bit old. But quite clean.

It’s a family ski trip for us, we are lucky to escape from the peak season, thus the hotel is less crowded and it feels more relaxed. The hotel is generally cleaned, the room is warm and even the floor is warm. No towel provided, so this needs to be noted. But we enjoyed the hotel as it’s very convenient to ski park.

앞쪽에 위치한 건물들은 청결합니다 하지만 뒷편에 위치한 빌라동은 청결에 대해 너무 관리가 되어 있지 않습니다 특히 복도와 에어컨의 청결 상태는 최악이었습니다 직원들의 대응은 너무 친절하고 신속합니다 워터파크는 안전에 대해 관리를 잘합니다 액티비티 체험은 이색적이고 독특한 기억으로 남을 추억이 될것 같습니다 빌라동의 객실은 편한했으나 좀더 관리가 잘 된다면 다시 찾고싶은 리조트가 될것같습니다

성수기에 방문해서인지 객실물품(수건없어서 요청, 침구지저분)에 아쉬움이 있었고 객실 내 벌레잡느라 고생좀했으며 전 방문객이 남긴듯한 발코니의 담배꽁초 쌓인 종이컵이 방치되어있어 관리가 잘 안되는구나 했습니다. 워터파크에서의 당혹스럽고 불쾌한 경험은 너무많아 기재하지않겠습니다. 그래도 아이가 좋아했으니 만족해야겠지요. 스텝분들 고생많으실텐데 화이팅하세요~

강아지 동반 객실이 있어서 다녀오게 되었습니다. 유모차를 빌려주고, 거실에 티비 앞 누울 수 있는 공간이 잘 구성되어 있어서 강아지와 공놀이 등 하기에 정말 좋았습니다. 강아지 밥그릇, 계단, 집도 구비가 되어있었고, 배변 패드/봉투도 준비되어 있어서 편리했습니다. 다만, 강아지 집 안의 쿠션 오염되어 있었고, 강아지 계단도 너무 더러웠습니다. 객실 화장실도 더러웠고, 객실 내 머리카락도 여기저기 많았습니다. 그 머리카락을 줍기 위해 물휴지로 바닥을 닦으니, 휴지가 검어져서 놀랐습니다. 콘도이니 5성 호텔의 청결을 기대하진 않았지만 그걸 감안하고 보더라도 너무 더러웠습니다. 또한 싱크가 없는 객실이어서 스스로 설거지도 불가한데, 객실에 구비되어 있는 수저 등이 아주 더러웠습니다. 더불어, 로비로 들어오는 유리문의 수많은 지문, 엘레베이터 버튼의 지문 등 불결하다는 생각이 많이 들었습니다. 요즘과 같이 습하고 땀이 많이 나는 계절, 게다가 다수의 인원이 숙박하는 휴가철에는 유리 등에 지문도 주기적으로 닦아주시면 좋겠습니다. 비용을 더 내고서라도 제대로 청소된 객실에서 머무는 것이 아니라면 재방문은 하지 않을 예정입니다.
