Family of 5 booked 2 rooms. Excellent housekeeping. Allow us to have connecting rooms. It was fun for us. One double room has bath tub. Room was warm and cosy during winter. Very happy.

Did not book the bus from Incheon airport to Alpensia Ski resort, end up no transport so have to spend $460 on international taxi.  Location of hotel is at the centre so it is close to ocean 700 and ski700 .  Hotel guest enjoy discount for snow sledding, skiing . Room was facing the ski slope so view is great .

room very clean, staff friendly, and next door to ski lifts, easy to find food

The hotel is very clean. There is ATM around and many shops. It's a good place to be and I will surely come back.

Great ski resorts ! Definitely would be back for ski. Breakfast is amazing, mixed Western and Korean cuisine. They don’t have shuttle bus to hotel. Need to take taxi if you take train from seoul to Jinbu Station. However, taxi is easy to call if using Kakao T. ****** is under maintenance not open to public.

Huge choice of things to have for breakfast. Staff very helpful. . Very spacious room and comfortable beds with selection of pillows.

Great location and it was fairly clean. However, the floor was extremely hard. We as a family stayed at other places that had floor sleeping arrangements but this was the worse of the lot. We then asked for more mats but we got told we have to pay extra for these. Getting extra pillows was ok. Might reconsider not getting a room without beds or go to a different hotel.

Facilities are so so , no gym room, but the room is clean and good enough for skiing

the hotel staff doesn't speak English, it's not very foreigner-friendly.
