房間環境很好，房間住起來挺舒服的，很乾凈，很寬敞，出乎意料的好，離地鐵站不到1公里，非常的方便，前台的小姐姐小義小倩服務非常的熱情周到，非常的貼心，也會積極的推薦周邊的美食，還有保潔阿姨幾乎都是有求必應的狀態，值得推薦五星好評

Comfortable twin room, lovely staff (helped show us the laundry room). Not too much in the local area and the city doesn't have sharing bikes (or ones that don't require a Chinese ID). Fengshuangshan is a fifty minute walk west.

非常滿意的住宿，聽説全季質量服務都很穩定，這次住了一下，果然名不虛傳，點贊👍 🌹住宿送歡迎水果，很貼心 🌹服務很好，我半夜請前台送浴巾，都幫忙送的，阿姨可能還發燒，也在工作，非常敬業👍 🌹前台的小姐姐人美心善，耐心十足，我們因為旅程變化，少住了一晚，也幫助我們迅速解決，專業服務都非常好，很滿意～👍 🌹環境乾淨整潔，牆壁沒有很多的插座，也就規避了“針孔攝像頭”的風險，比較安全。衞生間水很大，洗澡很舒服。👍 🌹房間面積足夠，兩大兩小住標間很舒適，如果是個頭大的話，一張床睡一個人會更舒服。 🌹床品很舒服，孩子家人都睡的很香 🌹臨窗還有一排沙發，當個床睡也很舒服，對腰友好 🌹早飯提供的食物新鮮好吃，我們吃的都非常滿足，還有熱乎乎的麪，青菜、海鮮都給的很足，做的很香，口味清淡，孩子也都能放心吃～ 🌹提供洗衣房，兩台洗衣機和烘乾機，有平熨和掛熨，還有洗衣池和洗衣液，使用了烘乾機，乾衣服很快～對旅途友好 🌹地面是地板，比地毯乾淨衞生 🌹隔壁有便利店，買東西方便，離古街1.5公里，很近，旁邊是鳳凰山，遊玩方便 總之，是非常滿意的住宿體驗💗

The hotel Room was Big perfect for family room, comfortable, and clean. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast, it was cold and fruit didn't look fresh. Also the gym was closed.

Wonderful Stay, Language Barrier Concern My recent stay at Fu’an hotel was wonderful overall, with just one minor concern regarding a language barrier. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and comfort. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. However, one challenge I encountered was a slight language barrier with some of the staff members. While most were proficient in English, there were a few instances where communication became a bit challenging. Despite this, the staff made genuine efforts to assist me and ensure my needs were met to the best of their ability. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still highly recommend Fu’an hotel to others, as the overall experience was outstanding. With its excellent amenities, convenient location, and attentive staff, it offers a fantastic stay experience.

因為在武夷山連住了三天悦華非常滿意，到莆田果斷選擇了這裏，但事實上確實有些草率，如果服務上沒能更好的體驗就不如選擇更新一些的酒店了。 攜程是可以免費升房的，但是前台小哥哥卻以已經是高級房無法再升為理由拒絕了，當然了事實上還有豪華和天豐樓房型可以升。除了攜程建發的會員也有升房券可以用，不過既然不想給升就不強求了。 小哥哥補充説會給一個位置好一些的房間，可是進到房間就發現衹是常規排房，右邊遮擋，左邊任意一間的視野都要逼我的房間好。 這二次暴擊加上連綿的雨頓時讓人覺得不開心了。 再説説房間，浴缸被撤掉了，裝飾畫的位置也是空空的，酒店的泳池也不開放了。這家悦華更多的接收一些團體客人。 悦華與悦華之間還是有些差距的，導致後面的行程不再敢嘗試建發十年以上的酒店了。
