"Si trova al contrario della stazione ferroviaria di Zhutian Highway. Si può camminare a 5600 metri dal negozio. È più lontano dalla città. "L'ultima volta che vivevo in questo hotel, c'era qualcosa che non mi sembrava. Ho visto una stanza online ma ho detto che non c'era nessuna stanza, e ho bisogno di pagare per cambiare stanza, quando ero arrabbiato.Ma questa volta, mi sento completamente diverso. Prima di tutto, concludere: un negozio è buono, non è che non si sbaglia mai, ma come si sbaglia a te.
Dopo l'ultimo incidente, il manager dell'hotel ha contattato per la prima volta, ha restituito la differenza, ha anche inviato scuse e atteggiamento sincero al compagno.Questa volta ho prestato molta attenzione:
1.Servizio di reception: ho detto un'ultima cosa quando ho fatto l'alloggio. Il piccolo receptionista si è scusato immediatamente e ha detto ”Ti ho organizzato la stessa camera questa volta, ti ho fatto stare tranquillo”. L'atteggiamento è molto meglio dell'ultima volta.

"The shangri-la putian is conveniently located opposite a huge shopping mall and beside a garden. The room was nice and cosy and the service was attentive and impeccable, with Melvin (?) accompanying us to the room and constantly asked if we needed help with anything. All the staff were friendly and helpful and gave us many suggestions on where we could go during our stay and rarely have we experienced such excellent level of hospitality when staying at similar hotels. The river view we had was amazing. Food at shang garden was tasty, and Lydia's service was excellent, offering us extra snacks and soup. The portions served were huge and reasonably priced. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Putian!
