"Got a room full of smoking smell but thankfully there was a spare room which the hotel changed for us and also provided an air purifier. Pool and gym are great! But room cleanliness could be better. The floor was dirty, I could tell from my children’s black socks after running in the room for a short while. Other than that the bathroom and view are beautiful, breakfast is good."

"The room was clean, bright, and comfortable. It's very close to the beach, making it ideal for families with children who want to play in the water. All the staff were very kind and friendly; they even gave us a small gift when we checked out. My only suggestions would be for the hotel to provide some children's amenities, like slippers and toothbrushes, and to vary the breakfast menu daily. Despite these minor suggestions, if I ever return to Meizhou Island, I would definitely choose to stay at the Seaview Hotel again."

"Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole e abbiamo davvero goduto l'esperienza generale. L'hotel è ben progettato e mantenuto, con un'atmosfera tranquilla e confortevole.Lo spazio si sente pensato, pulito e rilassante, rendendolo un grande luogo per riposare e rilassarsi durante il nostro viaggio. Ci sorprendevamo con un regalo complimentare, così come un tè pomeriggio preparato con pensiero, il tè pomeriggio era ben presentato e un bel toccamento che tutti godevano, aggiungendo all’esperienza generale di soggiorno. La colazione è stata presentata con una buona selezione di articoli di stile locale. Un piccolo suggerimento per il miglioramento sarebbe includere una opzione di colazione di stile inglese, che sarebbe un grande supplemento per gli ospiti che preferiscono un colazione occidentale. In generale, questo è un hotel confortevole e accogliente con i suoi pensieri che fanno sentire gli ospiti apprezzati."

"The shangri-la putian is conveniently located opposite a huge shopping mall and beside a garden. The room was nice and cosy and the service was attentive and impeccable, with Melvin (?) accompanying us to the room and constantly asked if we needed help with anything. All the staff were friendly and helpful and gave us many suggestions on where we could go during our stay and rarely have we experienced such excellent level of hospitality when staying at similar hotels. The river view we had was amazing. Food at shang garden was tasty, and Lydia's service was excellent, offering us extra snacks and soup. The portions served were huge and reasonably priced. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Putian! 莆田香格里拉酒店地理位置优越，对面就是大型购物中心，旁边就是花园。房间舒适温馨，服务周到细致，一位名叫（Melvin）的服务员亲自送我们到房间，在大堂碰到我们时会问我们是否需要任何帮助。所有员工都非常友好热情，为我们提供了很多游玩建议。入住类似酒店，我们很少体验到如此卓越的服务。房间的河景令人惊艳。香园餐厅的菜肴美味可口，服务员（Lydia）的服务也无可挑剔，还主动为我们提供了额外的点心和汤。菜量十足，价格也十分合理。强烈推荐给所有来莆田的游客！!"

"This is the perfect hotel for a road trip! It's super close to the pedestrian street, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, which is really handy for relaxing and recuperating during your trip. I especially want to highlight the huge parking lot, which even has EV charging stations – parking and charging are a breeze, so hassle-free! The environment is clean, the service is warm, and the value for money is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it to all road-tripping friends!"

"Quest'anno ho trascorso il Capodanno cinese a Putian e ho vissuto un'atmosfera festiva diversa dal solito. Innanzitutto, sia il governo che l'hotel si sono impegnati moltissimo. Ho assistito allo spettacolo dei droni e ai fuochi d'artificio con 90.000 colpi, uno spettacolo davvero divertente. Anche l'hotel è stato molto premuroso: ci hanno offerto la cena di Capodanno, i bambini hanno ricevuto delle buste rosse, abbiamo assistito a uno spettacolo e il cibo era davvero particolare. Siamo rimasti persino sorpresi di vedere i leader locali venire a porgere gli auguri di Capodanno! 👍 L'hotel è grande e, sebbene i servizi non siano il suo punto di forza principale, ho trovato la maggior parte delle strutture molto piacevoli. Una piacevole sorpresa è stata il fatto che ci abbiano fatto tanti piccoli regali per il Capodanno, cosa che mi ha reso davvero felice! 🥳 L'unico piccolo inconveniente è stato che la sera prima della partenza avevo avvisato la reception che la mattina successiva dovevo prendere un treno ad alta velocità di prima mattina, quindi si sono dimenticati della mia colazione al sacco. Il personale di turno era contrariato, dicendo di non saperne nulla..."

"Everything was good I really liked the place but only thing was the breakfast and laundry service wasn’t included. It isn’t really a huge problem just you would like to think that for a 5 star hotel your paying for you would receive these services for free, and I only say this not because am a picky person or anything but just to let other travellers know because I think it’s important, I asked to get some of my laundry cleaned and they charged me 200RMB for 3 trousers and 3 pairs of socks and 2 boxers so its kinda ridiculous but it is what it is"
