⭐ 2 out of 5 We stayed at Bamboo Saa Mulberry Resort, Pushkar, as a family group of 13. The property has a beautiful ambience and good potential, but our overall experience was disappointing due to several service and hospitality issues. Positives: • Dinner food quality was good. • Breakfast on Day 1 was nice. • Dinner service was slow on Day 1 but improved on Day 2. Concerns: • Breakfast inconsistency: Day 2 breakfast was very poor, with most items tasteless. The live omelette counter was never informed to us on either day; we found out only after asking. Even then, the preparation was inconsistent (one without salt on Day 1, all three tasteless on Day 2) and took nearly 30 minutes despite reminders. • Kitchen availability: We returned from the market around 3:45 PM, but were told the kitchen was closed and only sandwiches/french fries were available. No proper food until 7:30 PM was highly inconvenient, especially with elderly parents. • Room fridge issue: The fridge in our room was not working. Despite multiple complaints and even a replacement, the issue persisted. Staff explained that the fridge works only a few degrees below room temperature, but even after keeping bottles inside for 24 hours, the water remained warm. Very disappointing. • Unfair restrictions: While other guests were openly enjoying hookah at the poolside, our request was denied citing a state ban. Rules should be applied uniformly. • Kids’ amenities: The kids’ pool had no bath tubes or floats, which was disappointing for families with children. Overall: The resort’s ambience and location are good, but inconsistencies in food quality, delays in service, non-functional in-room facilities, lack of proper kitchen availability, and selective enforcement of rules made our stay less than pleasant. For the tariff charged, the experience did not feel value for money.

I liked many thinks about the resorts - 1. Approach '- you can easily Approach it through Nagaur bye pass or from Brahma temple 2. Staff is very polite, courteous and supportive 3. Rooms are spacious with nice ambience ( I stayed in Sajjan villa with private pool) 4. Dinner was delicious and breakfast was good ( limited options in breakfast, but can understand this 8n relation to fewer occupancy ) 5. Just 1.2 km from brahma temple - we did a walk to temple 6. Easily accepted our request for late check out by 2 hrs.😀😀

Thanks to Manager Jaydeep Singh for the lovely hospitality and Girver Singh and prakash for his courteous front office support.

Highly recommended supportive staff Food was fresh and delicious Mr. ABHAY SERVED it very nicely, very affectionate person. Resort take care of its hygiene, we are happy and definitely visit soon and recommend it to others too. Thanks Ekta
