Palazzo storico costruito 400 anni fa dal maharajah di Kishangarh sul bordo del lago Pushkar ha mantenuto il suo fascino storico. Bellissimo panorama del lago e dei ghat, unico hotel che si affaccia direttamente sul lago. Personale gentile e disponibile. Servizio lavanderia e stireria molto veloca. Dal pomeriggio alla sera stessa. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Premesso che non so il prezzo effettivamente pagato per 1 notte perché prenotato da un'agenzia locale in un pacchetto unico di 14 pernottamenti, la recensione sarà parziale perché il rapporto qualità/prezzo è importante. Ci aspettavamo un 4 stelle (alla reception ci hanno confermato che lo fosse...) ed è probabilmente un 3 stelle scarso. L'arredamento ricorda che in passato l'albergo aveva vissuto momenti migliori... Certo la location su un Ghat è molto bella... ma se per averla il compromesso è con una camera (super deluxe!) neanche tanto pulita e con un bagno dove non ho osato fare una doccia..... Tristissimo poi il ristorante con menu a la carte e scelta limitatissima di cibo con qualità discutibile. Sarà per quello che in tutto il locale eravamo solo 3 coppie!.. Anche no.....

Diciamo subito che la cosa migliore è il panorama che si gode dal corridoio di fronte alla camera che da direttamente sul lago. Per il resto solita struttura molto datata sia nelle camere ( dove il Wi-Fi non prende ) che nelle aree comuni. Ristorazione nella media.

BEWARE THIEVES! My iPad was stolen from my room on 11/11/2024. The staff did nothing to investigate and instead denied, denied, denied. I filed a report with the police, I spoke to the General Manager of the hotel but received zero follow-up. BEWARE!

Great location. Rooms not bad but Airconditioning sounds like a 747. Buffet food average at best. Staff, well, just miserable. Attitudes range from gloomy to outright rude. Worst staff vibe in any place I've stayed in 24 years of visiting India. Would not stay again.

Amazing location. Its a heritage property hence the ambience was amazing. Food was good. Staff was also polite. Highly recommend this property for staying in pushkar

Excellent location, excellent good. We had a wonderful stay. I would have given it 5 stars but it falls just for a few things: 1. We booked two rooms, but just one room was provided with water and telling them to provide more water got no results. The entire hotel staff showed up at the departure time expecting tips. The fridges in both the rooms were not cooling and were replaced soon but such things should be checked in advance. Overall I do recommend this hotel. You will be greeted with a smile and stay at the very best location right at the lake. Must eat at their open-air restaurant as the food and view are both amazing... I read in a review that the temple sounds will disturb the guests, but I did not experience that at all. What did disturb my early morning sleep was the staff talking loudly right outside my window...
