Hotel bello e ben pulito. Camere spaziose e ben tenute. Personale cortese e disponibile. Nota dolente è il ristorante. Cameriere con camicia sporca. Sulla tovaglietta c’era una mosca morta. Il cameriere non ha cambiato la tovaglietta, poteva almeno simulare. Si è limitato a bittare via la mosca. Peccato

L’hotel è di recentissima costruzione con stanze ampie che godono di una bella vista grazie ad una enorme vetrata. L’arredamento è moderno, di design e di buon gusto. Lo staff è formato ed estremamente cordiale e professionale. Il ristorante dell’hotel offre piatti esclusivamente vegetariani gustosi è ben presentati (Pushkar è una città meta di pellegrinaggio). L’atmosfera è calda ed elegante. Nella scelta dei piatti siamo stati consigliati da Jakir che ci ha fornito molte informazioni invitandoci a provare anche un ottimo desser che abbiamo gradito molto. Alla reception Turka ci ha accolto sempre con un sorriso, grande gentilezza e professionalità. È un hotel che già abbiamo consigliato ad una coppia di amici che presto saranno a Pushkar!

Pool is not clean and not service able , front office is not helpful while checking room coffee cup is broken kitech staff Zakir , chef arjun and ripu , prahalad are very nice and generous, food is good higher price as per service as per pushkar area this is clean and good visit

Hotel Sterling in Pushkar is a *Good place to stay. *staff is very respectful and helpful specially Zakir. * Chef Deepu served good food.Must try Chaunka dal. *They have swimming pool facility too. A stay in hotel while visiting Pushkar. *Recommended place

During our visit to Rajasthan in August 2024, we had the pleasure of staying at Sterling Pushkar. After a late-night journey from Ajmer Sharif, we arrived at the hotel around midnight with our family and kids, feeling exhausted and hungry. Since the hotel restaurant was already closed, we called ahead to inquire if food could be arranged from a nearby restaurant. To our relief, Mr. Adarsh Dilip Choudhary from Sterling Pushkar, despite being from the Maintenance department, went out of his way to help us. He personally went to the nearest restaurant, made all the arrangements and brought us food, showing exceptional dedication to customer service. When we offered him a tip in gratitude, he humbly refused, saying, "It's my pleasure to serve you, even though it's late night." His kindness and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression on us. Thank you, Mr. Adarsh, for your exemplary service. Your actions truly reflect the pride of your organization.

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel, which we were told was newly constructed (7 months old at the time). The rooms are quite big and spacious. The view was that of the camel safari ground and the hills in the horizon, overall the location is very peaceful and if you're looking for a break from fast-paced city life, then this place will be a welcome change. The breakfast is tasty, the variety isn't much but a decent spread is provided comprising of both north and south Indian breakfast items. There were no non-vegetarian items (probably not allowed, Pushkar is a holy place after all). The location is great in the sense that it is near major tourist attractions in the town, Savitri Temple, Brahma Temple, Pushkar Lake, Camel Safari, Local markets are all within 1 km radius from the hotel and one can easily explore the place by walking. Overall, highly recommended for stay.

Overall a nice, modern hotel. Location is about a 5 min walk to the main market area. The pool was cold but nice given the warm temperature. The staff was wonderful especially our favourite waiter Jakbir/Amit. The only downsides were the shower didn't get very hot (which they did fix) and the multiple times per day that the power cut out. For a modern new hotel I would have expected plugs that accomodated both north american and Indian style plugs like every other hotel on this trip. I had an adaptor, but for a newly constructed building that seems like an oversight.

Nice food. Very polite staff especially Mr. Zakir in the restaurant was very humble and his service was excellent.food prepared by chef prahlad and arjun was outstanding. Great experience and thanks to captain sandeep and his team. Nice and calm place to stay with family. Great location with sufficient space for parking and also close to temples.

Only one word it’s fabulous specially jakir g and govind did well, swimming pool was good , food was superb, service is also good,very good location,camel safari and jeep safari just in front of hotel, hotel staff very much cooperative and supporting
