I found hotel good, room comfortable and clean, breakfast was good. Staff was courteous. I was pleasantly surprised to get here good hotel facilities in yavatmal.

Sourabh hotel is far from Gurudwara. Rooms were clean. For family it is not good as there was bar at ground floor and there was crowd in night at the bar.

Price is best .food quality’s is great .rooms are good .best quality hotel .professional staff thanks to Manas Mr Manish for warm services and best hospitality . Recommend for others will surely visit again. Thanks manish again

La ricezione all'ingresso era calda. Gli oggetti di base come sapone, sacchetti di tè, ecc non erano forniti dall'hotel. Il giacca si diffuse sul letto aveva fori in esso. In questa stagione invernale, la caldaia elettrica è una delle essenze di una stanza d'albergo per avere acqua calda che non c'era. Ho dovuto chiedere di ottenere dopo aver assicurato di pagare il prezzo per questo. Lasciate che l'albergo aumenti il prezzo e fornisca le strutture. In alternativa, il personale della reception può essere addestrato per offrire agli ospiti un upgrade alla prossima camera di categoria superiore per più comfort con un prezzo aggiuntivo.Molti ospiti come me lo prenderebbero tenuto conto della stagione e della durata del soggiorno.

In my organization where I work, our Chairman used to say “Smell of a Place” – which in short means that people perceive one place by what they see, what they feel and how they are treated. Let me elaborate this from my experience in Hotel Florence: I had made this booking 1 month on advance and Mr. Aman who assisted, was very kind and trusting to confirm the booking without asking for any advance! That’s Trust! I had requested for a late check-in and I arrived almost at midnight. In the security there was Mr. Shaikh – he was quick to assist me with the parking and soon came running Mr. Salman to help with the luggage. Both were so much caring, even at such wee hours! This is a true reflection of hospitality Check-in process was smooth and we were escorted by Salman to our room. Spacious room with delightful washroom, neat towels, linens and everything was clean and tidy. Morning we had a sumptuous breakfast – it has a nice touch of Punjabi cuisine – chole bhatore, paneer paratha etc – again the staffs were very courteous and ready to help Overall our stay at the hotel was fantastic and the cherry on the icing is that its very much pocket friendly!
