Hizmet kalitesinden memnun kaldım. Odaları genis ve oldukça ferah, Personel olarakta güler yüzlü insanlar

The staff are GREAT, everything else is terrible. This hotel is one of the worse hotels we have stayed in, in a very longtime. It is OLD and very TIERED. The rooms were clean but felt dirty because everything was so old, the bathroom was from the 1950's, just horrible. The A/C did not work in the whole building, only the heat, we had to sleep with open balcony doors. The elevators are also very old and tiered, this whole building needs a serious renovation, or better yet, complete demolition and rebuild. There was no interior parking either, so guest cars stay in the all star sky parking. A hotel NEVER to stay at ever again.

Era un hotel che abbiamo sistemato una notte sulla strada.Un hotel molto buono per la performance dei prezzi. Ha un parcheggio, la sua stanza era pulita, le lavagne profumavano come se fossero pulite. Il clima era molto buono. Loro portano il colazione da soli, se avete un'altra richiesta, lo fanno quando lo dite, siamo molto felici, un hotel che restiamo a ospitare nella prossima visita a Ankara.

Nel luglio 2022, mia moglie e mia figlia ci siamo trasferiti in un hotel per una notte, perche' il suo prezzo era ragionevole e perche' pochi commenti tripadvisor erano buoni, e lei ha pagato la nostra commissione per colazione all'ingresso. Quando siamo entrati in camera, la prima cosa che ci ha attirato è che la maggior parte delle attrezzature usate erano vecchie, per esempio, sebbene i tovaglioli in bagno non fossero originalmente bianchi, erano grigi. Quando ho chiamato la ricezione per scoprire quando il colazione è prima di andare a letto, mi hanno detto che l'ora inizia a 9.00 e che quando ho dichiarato che è troppo tardi per noi, ho detto che potrei servire la tua stanza alle 8:30. Per quanto mi risulta, l'hotel non ha una sala da colazione o è in vacanza, e quando ho chiamato il mio agente della reception, mi ha chiesto se poteva restituire il suo colazione e ha restituito il suo colazione al momento di uscire dall'hotel. Un'altra cosa che mi è venuta in mente era la lavaggio delle mani e la gelatina di doccia usata nel bagno... che era la stessa acqua che aveva.

Questo è un hotel per soggiornare in viaggio di business a Ankara. Pulizia e amichevole E' molto conveniente perché il centro commerciale di Ankara è a pochi minuti a piedi

Having stayed in many airport hotels over the years I wasn’t expecting very much from this one. But to be honest I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. In addition to being very clean the room had a small fridge, kettle and great shower, only minor complaint would be that the TV remote batteries didn’t work. There was a reasonable choice of food and drink in the small restaurant ranging from Pizzas to Steak and Fish, however the breakfast was very poor particularly if you are not Turkish – it would have been good to have pastries or cereal, plus neither the juice machine nor the coffee machine was working which let the place down a little. I needed to travel into city centre, but only had credit card and no Turkish Language, thankfully Atinc, the Hotel Manager was able facilitate some cash and help with the taxi directions. On my return at night while enjoying a drink at the small bar served by Gokmen the helpfully lady on reception, Hilal, was able to sort my bill and the taxi costs. Next time in Ankara I would probably stay here
