Miserable experience... Bed was dull of bugs ... Whole family couldn't sleep whole night .... Complained next morning... They told tats how it is ... Has to search room some other hotel and checked our of Tara Palace by 11 am .. but they charged for 2 nights ... Cheating and adamancy to the ultimate !!!! We were travelling with 2 elders of 80+ age ... Whole trip was spoilt because of this hotel ... Please never book these type of hotels..

Rooms - good, but if you book with mm t they provided room rear side not front side or sea facing rooms. Food - ok, room services- good

Restrooms are good. Rest all are not hygiene. Cockcoaches are also there. Food taste is average. So called sea view is not available for all rooms. Our room had side view, where are not able to see view from one corner of room.

Location of the hotel is very good, a bit far away from central location. Near the light house. Located just opposite to the beach. You can book battery operated shuttles to visit The Lord Jaganath temple, took Rs 150. Room service and guys at the reception were prompt. Food at the restaurant was also tasty and hygienic. They provide room service also. Bathrooms are small compared to the rooms, but it was clean.

Nice hotel with good dining facilities and room service. Has lift. Just opposite to Beach. Staff are cooperative. Food is excellent and severed on time. Rooms are good and tidy but sanitary fittings need improvement. Bathroom fittings are non friendly. Tap has broken knob.

One of the worst staff member of this hotel, specially the supervisor Ravindra Mohanty doesn’t know how to speak with customer. I have a booking for three days, but due to some medical agency, I requested to shift my booking one day ahead. After accepting my request, they have denied for any changes And asking me to pay an additional one day room rent, specially Mr Ravindra Motanty was very abusive and arrogant on his behaviour would not recommended anyone to stay in this hotel. One of the worst customer experience.

Rats in the bathroom. Terrible, pathetic hospitality. No customer service. No solution offered, no room change, just debated. Definitely not worth the price. Only Location is awesome. Rest all is pathetic. Empty space at exhaust fan. Damped walls.

They have a fraud website and they have not taken any measures to remove the same from the internet. I booked a room for three people and paid an advance of 1500 instead of sending me an acknowledgment they asked me to confirm my registration through phonepe by sending an additional amount of 19065 saying that is my registration number and that I should type the numbers and send it to them. When I asked them to send an acknowledgment just for Rs. 1500, he started misbehaving forcing me to pay the full amount and that would not require a registration. When I asked to refund my paymen since it was not done through any APP, he refused saying refunds will be processed after 24 hours. However there is no refund till today and the person booking isn't even taking calls. The name of the person involved in this is Sagar Prajapati
