Had a very bad experience with this hotel. We had booked this hotel from agoda. But when we reached there they told us that they are not taking online bookings and there hotel was full. We had to wait there for couple of hours as agoda was searching for other property. But the staff was too arrogant their tone was like get out. We had to call the cops then they became little helpful. And then they told they had some issue with oyo. Finally we had to take a nearby hotel with 3 times more price. While we had done booking for this hotel almost 3 months back. I had done booking 3 months back still I had to suffer due there issue with OYO.
