I recently stayed at Pramod convention hotel our Room no. Was 304 and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. There was constant disturbance due to construction work going on the 2nd floor. The drilling and hammering noises were relentless throughout the day, making it impossible to relax or get any rest in the room. I came to unwind, but instead, I felt stressed and exhausted because of the continuous noise. Despite bringing this issue up multiple times with the front desk, nothing changed. Every complaint I made was met with empty apologies, but no real action was taken to address the issue or to provide any alternative. The lack of responsiveness and concern for guest comfort was shocking. The hotel didn’t even offer a warning about the construction when I booked, nor did they offer alternative room away from the noise. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

Sand Toshali è un ottimo resort in odisha. Piscina è ben mantenuta. Ristorante è fantastico. Bella spiaggia per esplorare.Il personale di ufficio frontale è molto ospite. Specialmente thnx a Biswa ranjan Sir le belle arrangements. Grande signore per la vostra dedizione.Amico, accogliente personale, disposto ad aiutare con un sorriso. Facilite, piscina sono state ristrutturate e camere ben viste. Soprattutto grazie al BISWO SIR, è stato molto utile e gentile.

I Had one of the best dining experience, each meal included a tons of varieties with proper spice levels. I would strongly recommend Sterling Puri for this. I need to appreciate chef and service behaviour at dining. However, there is a lot of scope for room service to improve . Non functioning door lock, unavailability of immediate assistance from reception, lack of proper transport channel, lack of network signals . This are certainly major things to improve.

It was a very good experience for me. The resort room was excellent. I tried pane-er kadhai and garlic naan for lunch. All foods are very delicious. Staff are very cooperative and have good behaviour.
