Los Altos Resort, un hotel SLH

Just finished a week with my wife and two 18 yr olds. We could not have been happier with it. Nice big clean rooms. Great view of ocean and jungle. Nice pool. Food and drinks fine. Super friendly staff. Location great not just for going to the National Park but for walking to stores, restaurants and beach. Ate dinner at the restaurants of a lot of other hotels and entire family was in agreement that we’d picked the best place. Highlight for teens was elevator opening into the room.

An amazing place to stay in Manuel Antonio. The room was amazing, clean, with very comfortable beds. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service was amazing. The dining experiences are superb. Located right in the heart of Manuel Antonio so you can walk to restaurants, ice cream, etc. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with a family and will definitely come back one day soon!

The resort had amazing views of Manuel Antonio. I stayed in the duplex with pool which was very spacious and clean. There is a tiny beach accessible by a buggy, but not the type you'd be able to sit and sunbathe on. It was very rocky. The initial service from staff was good. The service from my host was a bit sketchy. I asked him if he could book me a table at a specific restaurant, he then said that he'd just been there and they were fully booked so recommended I tried elsewhere. He wasn't aware that I was only 15 mins away from the restaurant so I got a taxi and just walked in. There were plenty of tables available, I didn't even have to wait. There was also an occasion where I was by the beach at sunset time and needed a taxi back to the resort. I messaged the reception and host to see if they could send a taxi down to me (10mins from the resort). They did not reply until 2 hours later. I ended up finding a taxi on the beach ***** after walking up and down for ages while it was getting dark. The service from the host and reception team could be better in terms of communication. Staff by the pool and restaurants were extremely welcoming and provided exceptional service. I enjoyed my stay here, however I would pick a different resort on my next visit to Manuel Antonio.

Our townhouse was beautiful with stunning views. And don’t miss the spa! One of the best treatments I’ve ever had. Highly recommend staying here!

Just got back from our wonderful stay a Los Altos. Such a beautiful property, we stayed in a treetop condo style room. It has two to three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, full kitchen, living room, dining area and balcony. Each room had a balcony too. All staff was amazing. They offered a ride to the top of the property and umbrellas for our walk down the street to go to dinner. They opened up a what’s app communication the day we checked in. Used it to communicate with us. It had restaurants with menus for the property, nearby restaurants. Hours of the property. They used it to inquire about times to clean room, turn down service, suggestions for dinner. Even helped me by ordering my pizza to be delivered. Everyone was so kind. Their private beach was nice. There’s a person there to set up chair with towels order drinks or food. They will drive you down to the beach and pick you up. We saw two sloths on the property. Saw a toucan and several colorful birds. The snacks from the turn down service was so so yummy. An evening water with fruit each day. The included breakfast included fruit, fresh juice, and a croissant. There was a special juice each day. Everything is so fresh and delicious. Even a pineapple jelly. The hotel is very eco friendly focused. I did not come to Costa Rica for the lodging but this place was well worth it. The best service I have ever had in a hotel. Pura Vida.
