Room service time was limited. They dont serve coffee in Room service. No creamer for coffee in rooms. Swimming pool tiles broken and they hurt your feet a lot. Pool side food stall open 12 pm which is very very late.

I had issues with the Rooms but Daniela and Rodrigo went out of their way to get us accommodate and find us the perfect or semi perfect room If it wasn't for my previous review the front desk would not have upgrade us to VIP statues @ the Pancho restaurant the captain on the floor was rude and we missed dinner that day following day we came and once again He try to tell us no tables available when the dinning room was semi empty , @ the Express restaurant FLOYD was very attentavie and polite the server that took our order was rude and just came back to see if we needed more drinks almost at the end of our Meal , that server was rude but FLOYD took care of everything from serving the food and desserts and clean up plates Great guy that FLOYD he should be upgraded to a server .

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because the online ratings for this hotel are shockingly misleading. From the moment we walked into our room, it was clear something was off. The room was absolutely filthy — stains on the bed, curtains, and pillows, plugs hanging dangerously from the walls, and visible dust caked onto the fan and air conditioning units. The bathtub was surrounded by a black grime and didn’t drain at all. The pool, which looked inviting in the photos, was surrounded by a thick, slippery layer of slime that made it completely unusable. We felt uncomfortable and unsafe staying here and left shortly after checking in. Thankfully, we were able to get a room at the Conrad next door, which was spotless and beautiful — a complete 180 in terms of cleanliness and quality. While the front desk staff was polite, they were unwilling to offer any refund or compensation for our early departure, which was deeply frustrating given the condition of the hotel. I genuinely believe many of the positive reviews are not reflective of reality. I recommend looking elsewhere unless the hotel undergoes a serious cleaning and management overhaul.

Spectacular views and resort Property was beautiful and large. Food and restaurants were great. The staff was ok, some wete just going through the motions but it was Easter Day. The only thing I really disliked was being on the beach and the constant harassment from the vendors. I know the resort doesn't own the beach, but it really ruins the beach vibe.

It was a great place to relax at the beach front, staff was very dedicated to make us feel pampered with lots of attention. The entertainment the hotel offered every night was great, we had a wonderful time and met wonderful people. We liked the service at the french restaurant in particular, we celebrated a birthday and they make us a wonderful cake. The pool was heated, it was nice. At the Spa the jacuzzi heater was not working. In March the sea water was cold and the beach was windy

Book direct - not with *******: we had an issue upon arrival with our booking due to a booking error for which ******* doesn't take responsibility. This was a stressful start and I strongly recommend to guests to book directly with the hotel and not with ******* or any third party as you will be left stuck between the hotel and ******* and end up paying the price. Hotel management was helpful trying to find a solution and warned us this happened before with *******. They will match Expedia's pricing if you ask! About the hotel: beautiful and safe beach location and staff is super friendly. My son and husband got really bad food poisoning which we sadly can only say must have happened in the hotel as we did not eat elsewhere. Some facilities feel a bit limited (no real water sports, gym and spa are very small, and entertainment shows are not that good, there was one bigger one but you had to pay a lot for it to attend. Overall an ok hotel but I would not give it 5 starts and will not go back.
