Struttura molto bella. E personale molto gentile. Unica cosa necativa è il cibo sia nel Snack Bar e soprattutto nel Buffet dove il cipo se non lo prendi direttamente alla griglia è freddo. Altra cosa che non mi è piaciuto quando ho ordinato un coco loco e sembrava fatto solo con latte e quando lo detto la risposta era, se voglio con la crema di coco costa 5 dollari. Mai successo una cosa del cenere in altri hotel a punta cana.

This property is next to the beach. Less than 3 minute walk from any room. Food is amazing and pools are clean, fun and beautiful. There is nightly entertainment and lots of areas for walking and shopping if you need anything. We love Bahia Príncipe in Punta Cana. This was our 5th family trip and we plan to return every year as long as we can. There is something for everyone - even teenagers.

Staff very very friendly. Pool area. Very very nice. Entertainment needs to be a bit better. Nightly shows should be better. Hotel very very nice clean.

Esmeralda is compact so easy to get to any of the pools, beach and 2 buffets. Only thing I didn't like was the music and activities at main pool were often way too loud. There are 2 other pools in Esmeralda and pools in other parts of Bahia Principe which can be used.

The property was superb - best in class. Food buffet was the best I have ever encountered. I have stayed in top hotels in 156 countries . This was top 10.

A very large resort with access to many ala cart restaurants theres many shopping options around the resort. Staff was exceptionally friendly and will to help with anything you need..has a kids exclusive area along with many activities for young and old. Would highly recommend for couples and familys both..

The property is beautiful, but when in your room all you hear is very loud doors slamming constantly. Everything is tile so it echos. The doors should really be made to close softly!

Family trip of 12, staff super friendly and attentive accommodating us, lots of options at buffe and a la cart restaurants, property really beautiful, amazing entertainment for kids and adults, very well balanced hotel trutly all inclusive with amazing quality
