I’ll admit, the negative reviews almost made me cancel my reservation at the Nickelodeon Hotel—but I’m so glad I didn’t! I encourage everyone to experience places for themselves rather than relying solely on other people’s experiences (bad reviews). Everyone has different expectations, and some can be more demanding than others. My family and I are pretty chill and laid-back, so even when a few things didn’t go exactly as planned, we were able to adjust easily and still have a great time. The overall experience was very positive—good food, super friendly staff, and great service throughout our stay. We had so much fun and made some amazing memories. Definitely worth the trip!

Service was horrible should’ve known before we arrived it would be a disaster tried calling resort to schedule pick up and drop off in advance to and from the airport no one answers and when you finally get someone on the phone they transfer you to so many other lines then hang up. I had specific directions in my booking for birthday cake and decorations our room had nothing. We couldn’t book the restaurant because it was full and it was no other option for us other than to go to the buffets each day. Teresa said she would accommodate us for the inconvenience well guess what she didn’t. This place is a joke. Concierge was the same we call for different problems they don’t answer when I walk over they still take hours to send service to our room for water issues and mini bar refilled. Front desk have attitude. Needs more staff and work on customer service skills.

Hubo cucharas en habitación , la comida del buffet es pésima la de la carta es la única buena.

El hotel es excelente para los niños tienen varias actividades en la que ellos se pueden divertir, tienen variedad de alimentos, en las cenas hay algunos restaurantes que son con reservación pero no tienen costo adicional, bebidas y comida incluidas en la reserva, ellos tienen una aplicación en la que se pueden ver las actividades que se realizarán durante el día y así planear uno que es lo que desea hacer, el hotel se encuentra ubicado en Uvero Alto, aproximadamente a 20 minutos de la zona hotelera de punta cana. Reservé mediante Trip y me resolvieron cualquier duda que tenía, recomendados

La comida es pésima el buffet es un lugar no comible , se tuvo que hablar con el manager para que nos de reservas en los Restaurant a la carta donde la atención y la comida si es muy rica.
