"Buona posizione buona hotel pulito e piacevole. Le capsule di caffè dovrebbero essere sostituite regolarmente per soggiorno notturno. Da quando l'arrivo era standard fino al giorno successivo si verrà sorpreso come si può acquistare da qui. Non così buono per l'impatto di 5 stelle hotel per mantenere gli ospiti collegati dall'inizio del soggiorno."

"Beautiful rooms with outstanding views of the Straits of Magellan. Excellent service with friendly staff. The hotel is centrally located and an easy walk to downtown Punta Arenas. The breakfast buffet was adequate but not extensive. A very nice hotel."

"This is my second time staying here and I love it, Melita the hostess is so warm and welcoming, rooms are cosy and comfy. Both times I have stayed here were last minute bookings and Melita accommodated me each time with no issues, very reasonably priced and easy to get to the airport. Melita remembered I am Gluten Intolerant so ordered me gluten free breakfast which was so wonderful and made me feel very looked after. I would highly recommend if you are staying in Punta Arenas."

"We were welcomed for a 2am check-in by Eduardo who came out especially for it and helped with our bags. Room was clean and larger than expected. In the morning we had a fantastic breakfast all cooked fresh. The eggs made by the auntie in the kitchen as a foodie were simply amazing. Great texture and seasoning couldn't fault it. Jennifer was also very friendly and welcoming to our requests for breakfast. It's unfortunate we only stayed one night. Would gladly stay again and thank the team at innata for being so kind to us!"
