Hotel in zona Casa De La Goma Punta Arenas, Punta Arenas

Questo posto merita 10 stelle su 5, è perfettamente situato, molto vicino al terminale degli autobus, supermercato lungo la strada, l'ospite è super amichevole, molto bellissimo posto decorato, BEDDINI E SCOTTI PERFECTI, buon colazione, Il deposito bagagli quando si verifica più tardi, camminando a distanza da tutto, non credo che si possa trovare un posto migliore per soggiornare in Punta Arenas. Probabilmente uno dei migliori posti che ho soggiornato in Patagonia!

Spent two nights here and you definitely need to bring/buy bottled water. Out of tap didn't work even with a Brita filter. The hotel's restaurant serves a basic breakfast with limited options. They will fix eggs to order. A late lunch one day was excellent with a generous portion of salmon. It was quiet at night, but also unsure how busy it was during our stay. Small tavern down by the lobby was swinging at night. Imagine with exception of the one large hotel down by the port, most hotels in town are likely similar. Let's be real . . . it's practically the bottom of the world! Slept fine, that's the main thing.

A nice and 'classical' style property, located about 5 minutes from the city square. Nice big rooms, good hearty breakfast buffet and a team of wonderful people who made my stay comfortable with great experience. Just a small suggestion to also keep a drinking water station on all floors (not just the ground).

The service was great and professional. We stayed only for 2 nights to go on the boat tour to the antarctic. I'm really happy towards the end where we checked out but we were allowed to keep our luggages at the hotel while we explored the city for the last time. The young staff, didn't catch his name, was very helpful and assisted us with ordering a 🚕. Only downside would be the carpet in the room didn't look very clean, but aside from that it was great.

Da quando sono arrivato, tutto è andato male, perché non avevano la camera da letto che avevo prenotato e pagato in anticipo e per la prima notte mi hanno dato una camera doppia, che ha avuto 2 letti di anana se è che da 1/2 posto ciascuno e che mi sono visto costretto ad accettare non solo perché l'avevo già pagata, ma perché alle 5 del mattino mi avrebbero raccolto da quell'hotel per il viaggio alle Torres del Paine e non potevo più cambiarlo.... sono tornato da Il viaggio tardi la sera e mi sono trovato in una nuova stanza ancora peggiore, perché nel bagno non funzionavano né lavastoviglie né doccia, da dove usciva solo un po' d'acqua e non avevano personale per riparare nulla, Perciò non mi hanno dato alcuna soluzione... dopo aver trascorso forzatamente una seconda notte di terrore, alla prima ora ”Ho cambiato hotel”!!! In sintesi, questo hotel mi ha ricordato coloro che apparivano nel programma del cavo ”Hotel senza stelle”, perché è molto mal tenuto (soprattutto i bagni), le tabelle dei pavimenti ruotano ogni passo, le pareti sembrano carta e si ascolta fino a quando qualcuno si ruote in un altro locale, il riscaldamento non può essere regolato né spegnere in ogni camera e il Il calore è così che non si sopporta, il ristorante non funziona (dicono che per la pandemia, anche se per quello che ho potuto apprezzare non hanno personale), la colazione è abbastanza povera e nelle camere non hai WiFi. Certamente un hotel per niente consigliabile, di cui letteralmente ”ho lasciato il lancio”!!!!!!!!

Siamo stati qui tre notti durante il nostro viaggio in Cile ad Agosto. La nostra esperienza è stata nel complesso positiva, soprattutto in rapporto al prezzo pagato. L'hotel è un 4 stelle con un po' di anni sulle spalle, ma nel complesso la struttura è confortevole ed accogliente. La posizione è comoda in pieno centro. Il personale è sempre disponibile e accomodante. Le stanze sono caldissime, forse anche troppo, considerando che in pieno inverno australe eravamo costretti a tenere la finestra aperta per respirare. La colazione è un po' misera e forse andrebbe riorganizzata. Nel complesso non posso che consigliare questo hotel.

We stayed here on our trip to Antarctica as it was the hotel suggested by our tour company, Quark Expeditions. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the view over the harbour was wonderful. Our check-in was smooth and our room was ready when promised. The breakfast was included and had a good selection of meats, cheeses, fruit, eggs, bread and yogurt. There was another cafe type restaurant with good lunch type food. We did not visit the ****** but, as we were on an upper floor we did not encounter any noise from the ******. The staff were friendly and helpful and offered some good suggestions for where to eat in town and what to do. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.
