The room was neat and clean. The service is very good. The whole staff is very humble and soft spoken . Jashan was specially very helpful.overall our experience was very comfortable and nice in park plaza.Highly recommended hotel in Ludhiana.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Overall, I highly recommend for its excellent amenities and outstanding staff. I also had the pleasure of meeting Nishan Singh, the swimming coach, who truly made my stay memorable. Nishan is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Despite my initial nervousness about swimming, he taught me how to swim with great patience and provided me with valuable swimming tips. His expertise and encouragement boosted my confidence in the water. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

It was a great experience at park plaza. Great food ,service and hospitality was provided by the team. Could be considered as one of the best hotels of Punjab, and will recommend to visit this hotel once to experience the hospitality by their ***agement staff.

The park plaza property is very beautiful from the outside with its beautiful architecture. The services provided by the team was commendable especially my Ms. Vishakha, highly recommended to meet her whenever you visit the property, she’ll take care of everything. Try the food too.

We have been visiting this hotel and we his stay was equally great. Room upkeep is nice. Breakfast spread is awesome. We also held an event here which also managed very well. Special mention of Pallavi, Sarabhjeet and Vishakha for their help and guidance. We look forward to visiting again.

It is very conveniently located. It is hyginically maintained. Food is good and tasty. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Our requirements were immediately attended to our satisfaction. Room service was good and was as expected. Very prompt. Vishakha, Reema, Harpreet and Sudhanshu.

Beware of this Hotel as they have cheated my charging me twice and so far it is 3weeks as on date I haven’t got the refund which is normally a automated process in most places here it looks like Park Plaza have charged me deliberately. There is no response all get to hear someone is going to call me. Being a Platinum/VIP member of Radisson they are cheating not sure how many more would affected This not a small amount to let for a fraud to take away the money.
