I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very spacious, offering plenty of comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. The food quality was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options available for every meal. The hotel staff were attentive and ensured that my stay was as pleasant as possible. The cleanliness and attention to detail in both the rooms and common areas were impressive. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The rooms are nice and spacious with an attached sit-out. The property looks new but already one can see signs of decay setting in. That's the problem with most budget hotels in the country - there's no attempt to maintain the property. Stains on the linen, dirt in the corners, clogged bathroom traps, these are all early signs of neglect and apathy. There is no restaurant and there are no good eating places nearby, that's another issue. Breakfast is available but that's only room service and personally I don't like that idea. Overall, its a missed opportunity. It could have been so much better but right now its just average.

Room was nice but the service isn't upto the mark. No proper room cleaning, very unprofessional staff. In 6 days, my room was cleaned just once. Apart from that, they tried charging me extra for water. Significant improvement in service and professionalism is required for the price they are charging.

Anche la zona business dispone di meetings room molto belle e con servizio di ristorazione per coffe breack adeguata.

The hospitality of the chef is just heart touching.Since I am intolerant to lactose.Chef Sachin and Blessica made sure ,I don't leave Spice kitchen heart broken that I could not have any dessert.Blessica came back to our table asking for few mins with vegan cup cakes left me in awwwww...thank you Sachin and Blessica.chef Jaspal is a complete master chef in making Bengali dish called luchi....Bhuralal Chef ji and Amit Negi ji made sure that we have our breakfast with comfort ,though it was super crowded!Bhuralal ji has been feeding is with love for more than 6 years now...but with the same warm namaste and smile on his face.

UUtente ospite1)Room view was good.Wash room was clean.But room should have been liitte bigger size. 2) Food was ok but very limited varities. 3)Booked the property as it has a swimming pool.But the pool water was dirty so could not use on the first day .Reported the same to the Manager, he arranged to clean it by 2nd day evening only,which was not proper time to swim.So could not used the pool facility which was our prime attraction in this hot summer.Next day we checked out. If we could have used the pool I might have given better rating.

It takes a lot of patience to stay here. Front desk did bare minimum to help on several occasions and only sometimes with a smile. Room service & housekeeping seem very new or poorly trained. H/K only supply 2 bath towels when servicing and I had to request a floor mat and hand towel every day which seemed very odd and two days I was given a face cloth to use as a hand towel. Room is shabby in places but that is reflected in the price. The only shining exception to this less than ideal hotel is the serving staff in the Mosaic restaurant. They were consistently attentive and courteous. Sadly, not enough to make me want to stay here again if there is another choice in the same price range.

Overall a 4 star experience. We were 6 people and had taken 2 Deluxe Rooms & 1 standard room. Deluxe rooms are better, but the standard room is too small. The hotel is nice and well kept. It's good a good feel about it. I suggest booking directly with them. I have been told that if you book directly they ensure you get a room with a good view. One challenge though with the place is that it's surrounded by resorts. So if there is a lot of noise being made in another resort, it might distrub you. That will also ofcourse depend on the room you'll have. Their food is not great. I am basing it only on the breakfast we had at the hotel. The breadth of breakfast buffet is good, but the cooking can improved 5 folds. Love all the art in the different rooms and the lobby. Pool is great and they did a great job of keeping it clean. Lobby is great too, but maybe they can do a better job of keeping their games and discarding one's which don't have the necessary pieces.
