Our stay at Conrad,Pune was a spl one as my wife & I were celebrating my Anniversary at your property. The staff was coordial, jovial, hospitable & right from the booking (Reservations Team), Guest Relations & the room service was top notch. What put us off at Hilton property, the handheld Shower faucet was leaking at certain angles, the mini bar rate card was worn off & looked shabby also the mini bar rate list wasnt updated as per the bar stock. Now the eyesore of the entire stay was the Display unit in the washroom is suppose to be part of the luxury experience & also entertainment while soaking in the bathtub, but unfortunately the displays of all rooms are connected with DTH which doesnt have more than a handful of free channels. Very disappointed by that. Also, the TVs need to be upgraded as the DTH with OTT provided doesnt support few OTTs example is Hotstar. Rest the Bar, 24×7 Coffee shop & the restraunts are good, only scope of improvement is with the way interns intract with guests needs to be with a smile & clarity.
