Cloud 9 Hills Resort

Shabby! Dilapidated rooms and fittings and extremely dusty, thanks to the pathetic internal roads which is covered with granite dust!! For 10k per night we would get resorts which are much better! I wouldn’t stay here even if they offered me an 80% discount. Location is good but the view is average and depends entirely on the type of room we choose. The 10k rooms are definitely not worth it, and I can’t imagine why anyone would pay more than 10k here (even if it’s for the view)!!!!

This property is well maintained with decent staff right from the security. It offers very well kept rooms, bathrooms and excellent food. A nice weekend destination amidst nature, this resort is worth going back again to rejuvenate during every season.

Best resort in town, overall staff was was very helpful, over all experience was good Mr Ravindra sahu gaved us best service. Foods rate are high. Staff is very polite and helpful. Over all whole hotel staff and resort staff are helpful. Thanks

This was my second time here, From checkin to checkout all was amazing, Rooms and property was very clean and well maintained, property is on the top of hill like it's located more ahead from tiger point, Amazing view from the room and property it's huge property, common area also very well maintained like for kids they have garden and for adults also they have game zone with multiple options and the cherry on top their Food which is superb will suggest to take the plan at this property including meals. The desk person Mr Sahil Was very kind and helpful at time of booking like when I called him for booking prior he gave all the details very nicely. and after he saw my Name again he called me that sir you need all meals jain as he saw my sir name. I mean to say they keep all small things also in their note best and will visit here again. Thanks Team Room view is attached below

Very good stay. Nice Resort. Good amminites. Nice restaurant and food. Good staff. And all coutages are very good. I recommend all to stay in this resort. Family stay is also good they have some willas to stay for family. Very nice staff and specially Reception manager Sahil very good person.

Pathetic room service - This place is at max worth 3k per night. I had spent 7k for a premium room. Staff is non responsive and rude. I had to call at least 10 times for someone to respond and come clean the room. WiFi also is not working most times.

If you want to enjoy serene , relaxed and peaceful weekend in the midst of nature then cloud 9 should be your destination . All staffs that we met starting from security, house keeping , reception and Restaurant are very courteous and warm . Special mention for Shahid Thakur from Reception , Ajay & Dipu from restaurants for their support which made our stay comfortable and seamless . BIG thanks to all the folks managing the resort .

Visited resort and participated in amby drag race stayed in luxury cottage at cloud 9 with team. Dinner delicious and great hospitality. Spacious rooms. Superb weather. Late at night covered with fog in this summer season. Literally heaven on earth.......

I’ve always had best time here The cottages are lovely. Ravindra planned best decoration for our party. The services here are amazing Sahil guided us well and made best Arrangements Staff is cooperative and very helpful I had a great stay here
