Overall the location of the property is excellent. Food is really tasty. Swimming pool is a little small but it is clean and well maintained. The lawn is really nice. The only feedback would be the room cleanliness which can be a little better.

Location is good. It needs to be more tranquil. Lot of noise and merry making causes a little disturbance for those looking for a quiet stay

Location - excellent very close to the lake. Good and tasty food with various options. Amenities - swimming pool, good lawn to play. Excellent service.

Our stay at the blu water resort was a good one. Its a perfect family getaway with the resort offering a really good lake view, an amazing sunset view and a cute infinity pool. The restaurant serves a limited but delicious menu. The rooms are nice and cozy. Would recommend it for families. Couples visiting with other couples would be a good choice.

Spent a weekend with family. Resort is at a very picturesque location overseeing a serene lake, lot of scope for clicking some awesome pics, food is very tasty with very fast service, stay at rooms is also very comfortable - would definitely recommend the place for a trip to malshej
