Wonderful stay at the Saj by the Lake. Delicious food. Courteous and hospitable staff. Highlight is the view from the room. Lake view rooms are highly recommended. Serene and tranquil experience. View from the room is zen like and meditative. Must visit !!! Overall and very satisfying experience.

Amazing experience at the JW Marriott. Had booked a night's stay for my wife's birthday. Right from the booking upto the check out and beyond, the service provided by the staff at Marriott was exemplary. Special callout to Ms. Ketki, who ensured that we got personalized attention addressing all our queries and requirements and also meticulously helped out in planning a surprise for my wife. Really appreciate Ketki and everyone on the staff for making our stay as well as the occasion memorable.

The checking was seamless, the rooms are spacious, the staff is polite and courteous. The service is prompt and efficient. The food menu has sufficient spread and is always served fresh. I had an infant with me, so they offered baby chair as well as baby dishes. We really enjoyed our stay at Viola Beacon, Lonavala. And because of the wonderful experience we shall visit again. Mr. Amit, Arif, Omar and Ayub were really service oriented.

L'hotel è un buon valore. Il personale è carino. Sono caldi e amichevoli. Il ristorante è aperto tutte le ore e ha una bella varietà di cibo. Dhananjay Kunar, uno dei membri del personale di attesa, ha fatto ogni pasto cinque stelle con il suo sorriso accogliente e la sua personalità. Le camere sono pulite e la pressione dell'acqua è buona e l'acqua è calda. C'è una sala di allenamento che media, ma soddisfacente. La posizione, come la maggior parte di Pune, è in costruzione. Il traffico, soprattutto il fine settimana, è piuttosto cattivo, ma mi aspetto che questo sia il caso ovunque tu vada a Pune. Durante il mio soggiorno c'era una grande festa di matrimonio, ma l'hotel non si sentiva mai sovraccaricato. Se siete nella zona di Pune e avete bisogno di un hotel di base pulito con un grande personale e cibo sul sito, dare un'occhiata alla Ramada di Pune.
