Enough room for boat and trailer and several cars, and not on the main road. Located on the west side of Keuka lake just 7 miles north of Hammondsport. Three restaurants on the lake, all within 5 miles of property. Several wineries, a couple of breweries and 2 distilleries within 2 miles. You can see the Lake from most windows in the house. You also have a view of the bluff. Other activities nearby skiing, golfing, museums, gift shops, antique stores, pottery stores, and entertainment. Four restaurants on the lake with boat access. Or boat to Hammondsport to eat, shop or get groceries. There are also boat and jet ski rentals available on the lake. Great fishing on Keuka lake. Very few stairs on this property. Stunning, Brand New Construction Luxury Home on 100’ of Keuka Lake Frontage with Natural Beach and Loads of Views! Welcome to Naberly View, where the views from this home speak for themselves. This home is fully equipped to accommodate 8 people (more beds available upon request) with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We have thoughtfully designed and appointed this home with guests in mind, some features include, vaulted ceilings, gourmet chefs kitchen with large island and grand sliders for indoor outdoor living, not one but two living areas, two spacious decks with large dock over the water and amazing waterfront views from every room! Oversized windows provide loads of natural light and sought after views of the lake and the bluff, great for fall foliage! Kitchen is fully stocked with 6 burner gas range, double ovens and range hood, large French door refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. WiFi is included as well as smart TV’s in main living areas so you can easily stream all of your shows during downtime. This home boasts 3 bedrooms; first the king master en-suite with stunning 1800’s doors from Belgium, to capture the lake views. A queen bedroom with lake views and a Jack and Jill bath with a full sized bathtub rounds out the second bedroom. A triple bunk bed completes the third bedroom with the shared Jack and Jill bath. The half bath is on our landing level with a washer and dryer available to guests. We provide our renters two single kayaks, a stand up paddle board, and life vests to use during their stay. This home is walking distance to the Lakeside Restaurant and just a short trip up the hill and you have access to many area wineries, breweries and distilleries! There is parking for 5 cars and our boat dock may be used by guests who wish to enjoy fishing, boating and water sports with their own boat. There is also a fire pit area with some fire wood to get you started and a finished walk out lake level lounge for the use of our guests. The lounge is equipped with a dining table and chairs, a sofa and tables, a pool table and a dart board. This is a great hang out space, especially appreciated by our teenage guests. The fully flat lot entitles guests to drive down a long private drive, parking off the road. The first floor provides a tremendous living room with a fireplace and TV, a fully renovated kitchen, and a dining room with a 10-foot farmhouse dining table and vaulted ceilings. The 3 sets of French doors allow a monumental view of Keuka Lake. No hillside staircases or obstacles detain you from 220 feet of private flat beach and large dock. Our new concrete "sea-wall" extends along the beach with wide custom concrete steps that allow you to walk right into the crystal clear water( added 2024). The main floor also provides 1 1/2 bathrooms and a new king-size bed in the main level guest room. The 2nd floor features a Primary bedroom with floor-to-ceiling window views of the lake. Also on the 2nd floor is a Children's room with a loft twin bed and full-sized bed, and a full bath with double sinks.The lower-level "bonus room" provides window views of the lake and loft-style bunk beds, with a queen bed as well as a pack-n-play.
