La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Moscow Pullman

Indoor pool and breakfast included were the reasons for the choice. Friendly and helpful staff and wonderfully clean and large rooms put it over the top!

One thing that could have been improved was the àmount of breakfast made. Most hotels I've stayed at will make enough breakfast to last the entire stated breakfast time. This hotel ran out of food by 8am.

Breakfast was good, but we were told that with one hour left until breakfast was done that there wasn’t time to make more of the several things they were out of.

The beds and bathroom were clean, but there were food crumbs and visible dirt inside the drawers. The room was dark and the carpet was dingy and worn looking. The pillows were horribly old and uncomfortable! Like old feather pillows that don’t hold their shape. The pool was unusually cold. There was a paper taped to the wall that we didn’t see until AFTER we had been in it saying that the hot tub was closed for the day. No date on the paper. We didn’t see the paper because it was on the wall away from the hot tub and there was a man sitting in a chair in front of the sign when we came in. To top off our sub par experience, the breakfast in the morning was regular bread, cold cereal, or oatmeal packets. There was a crockpot of gravy, but no biscuits. Gross. The waffle mix was gone. I asked the front desk if they could restock the breakfast. I was told the breakfast attendant didn’t show up to work. The desk attendant went into the back and returned to tell me there was no more food. Ok… your breakfast attendant didn’t show up, but how does that explain you not having any food to put out? Overall, one of the worst experiences I have had in a hotel.

It was a quick stay. First night was very noisy. Second night was quiet. Would really have liked a real TV, not roku!

Staff very friendly, breakfast was great. Bathrooms could use fans and pillows could be better.

The staff was extremely helpful. A booking error on my part required us to have to pay for 2 nights accommodations when we o ly required 1 night. Hotel booking staff were not willing to remve one of the nights. Seems like a simple decision to make to ensure the quests were satisfied.This will definitely have a effect on future rebooking decisions.

The property is fairly new -- very clean and up to date. The breakfast could have been a bit fresher on the hot items...but they did have a waffle maker :) Overall, great stay (my 2nd) and I'd book them again. A little slow on the checkout due to a printer malfunction -- but overall, good friendly staff.

The hotel was nice and quiet, friendly staff, and good location. Everything seemed fine till time to take a shower. We found a used wash cloth hanging from the shower head and used soap scum in the soap holder. Looked like the shower hadn't been cleaned so wondered if the bathroom had been cleaned at all. Talked to receptionist, she was very upset at it and talked with the manager, all he said "can't do". Will not come back to this hotel.
