Hotel in zona Pulau Perhentian Kincir Angin, Pulau Perhentian

This is my third time staying at Mimpi Perhentian. It is sad to share that my experience this round is the worst as compared to the first two trips. There is no toiletries refill after the room was made up because the items are out of stock. I do understand that it closing season soon because of the monsoon. However, I did pay for the room at full price. Why do I have to be the collateral damage of the weather? The bed sheet and comforter have a smell which is caused by the sheet not drying properly. On my fourth day, the room was not made up when I returned to my room at noon. I called the front desk and told them to give me a new set of towels and omit the housekeeping. At around 4pm, the housekeeping staff knocked on my door and wanted to make up the room. Hence I am not sure if they have initially forgotten to make my room or if they only have one staff to do housekeeping. On top of that, I had a rude encounter with the restaurant manager. I went diving daily at 8am hence I have made a special request to pack my breakfast (which is included in the room package) and I will collect it at noon time. On the first day, the packed food portion was too little so I requested extra fruits on the second day with the restaurant manager in the morning. She said ok and when I collected my food at noon, it was not packed. Hence I asked the waitress on duty to pack it for me instead. On the third day, I saw the same restaurant manager again and I explained to her that she didn’t pack the extra fruits for me. She said I was not allowed to pack the food after I have eaten at the restaurant. I told her that I go diving at 8am, and I have never sat down to eat. She started to raise her voice and told me that I cannot pack the extra fruits because customers are only allowed to have one portion of fruits (which looks like a portion for a child). Which I find ridiculous because I get to dine an unlimited portion if I dine in. Furthermore, I did not request the packed food for fun. I will have digestive problems if I eat and dive. The restaurant manager was not only rude and inconsiderate, it is most disappointing that she judged me when all I did was take care of my health so that I can enjoy my dives and holiday.

Abbiamo per prima dormito due notti in una camera con piscina ma nell’interno del resort, c’era puzza di piedi e degli scarafaggi grandissimi! La cosa bella è che ci sono venuti a trovare scimmie e scoiattoli spesso. Poi abbiamo chiesto se potevamo spostarci in una di quelle con la vista mare lì era decisamente più piccola la stanza ma la parte esterna batte tutto. Sempre con piscina privata ma con il suo patio e sdraio private. In quest’ultima camera non abbiamo visto scarafaggi e abbiamo dormito veramente bene. Il ristorante onestamente non mi è piaciuto, fanno una gran ****** tra i tavoli non vengono a prendere gli ordini e il cibo è tristo rispetto ad altri posti!

En la isla de Perhentian era el alojamiento más económico que encontramos. Calidad precio está muy bien. A parte, la pareja que lo lleva, es una pareja joven de allí, que están siempre atentos de que no te falte de nada.

Il personale è molto amichevole e bello. Amore il cibo là! Il BBQ è un must try for dinner. La camera è bello e accogliente, altamente raccomandato per un breve viaggio.

Abbiamo fatto una breve vacanza durante i fine settimana. Era solo un'ora di guida a casa. Il resort era in grande posizione vicino al punto di marcia di Bukit Keluang. Ha 4 piscine di diverse profondità, bambini amichevoli e aperte 24 ore. La stanza era pulita e dispone di strutture di base, frigorifero, aria condizionata, acqua calda, TV, riscaldamento, ferro, n board di ferro. Per il colazione, solo ala carte disponibile, nasi kerabu daing bakar, se non ti piace mangiare questo cibo migliore prenotazione senza colazione complimentare. Molto cibo economico, cibo marino e occidentale disponibile in ristoranti vicino a questo resort.

L'atmosfera è davvero piacevole.. La pulizia del complesso è molto pulita.. Ci sono solo pochi fattori che possono essere noti..

Abbiamo avuto paura che sapessimo che l'hotel è situato sulla costa e non sulle isole, ma la posizione è piuttosto buona, in un luogo molto tranquillo. Attraverso l'applicazione Grab abbiamo chiamato un'auto e per 1.20/1.50€ e in 5 minuti siamo stati al dottore per prendere la barca per le isole. E in 30 minuti siamo sulle isole. Se hanno difficoltà, il personale dell'hotel aiuta anche. Si noti che l'hotel è molto recente e mancano ancora alcune cose da fare, ma il personale è senza dubbio tra i più simpatici e di comodo che abbiamo mai trovato, soprattutto quello del ristorante, super attenti e attenti, sono sempre preoccupati di sapere se tutto va bene e di aiutare. Il cuoco Bob senza dubbio sa cosa fa. Probabilmente dei migliori hamburger che ho mangiato 😄. A 500 metri dall'hotel c'è una spiaggia enorme e sempre deserta!

Tok Aman Bali è il mio posto preferito in cui soggiornare perché non è così lontano da casa mia.. Ma ieri sera se n'è andato non era sveglio.. Ad esempio la zona pedonale puzza di spazzatura.. Durante la colazione il gatto ha vomitato nel ristorante.. Il bagno era stagnante perché l'acqua della doccia non esce dal buco.. Spero che la prossima volta migliori la pulizia.. Sono un grande fan di Tok Aman Bali..
