Il servizio e la posizione erano perfetti. Abbiamo avuto un ottimo riposo notturno. L'unica cosa che abbiamo notato è che l'hotel ha davvero bisogno di essere aggiornato. Le porte mancavano di vernice e avevano ammaccature e sembravano davvero logore. A parte questo è un posto fantastico!

UUtente ospiteI typically only review hotels that are either really bad or exceptionally good. This hotel is one of the best Hilton products in which we have stayed. I am very picky about cleanliness in hotels and I must say that this place was immaculate. The shower doors were spotless and look as though they were just installed, despite the hotel being nearly 2 years old. The bed was comfortable and sheets very soft. The heating/ac unit was reasonably quiet with no loud transition sounds. I love the little kitchen area with full size sink and dish detergent which allowed me to wash out the cups that we travel with. The staff, both evening and morning, were polite and helpful. The breakfast area is huge and brightly lit and, again, spotless. The hot breakfast was very good with a large variety of items from which to choose. We have been Hampton Inn devotees for years but Home 2 Suites may become our new go to hotel while on the road. The only drawback is their open door pet policy but we were assured that floors 3 and 4 are pet free. We have nothing against pets but suffer from dander allergies.

I recommend staying in a room that faces out the front of the bulding, you get waymore traffic and hospital/ambulance noise on the back side.

TTamera BanksL'hotel è proprio vicino all'Interstate 40, quindi viaggiare è abbastanza facile. Sembra che ci siano molti senzatetto nel quartiere e i parcheggi vicino alla porta d'ingresso dell'edificio erano sempre pieni, quindi abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare di lato, il che mi ha fatto innervosire che qualcuno stesse per rubare il nostro convertitore catalitico (c'è sono successe molte cose che ho sentito) o essere derubato ma il parcheggio laterale era ben illuminato ma a una certa distanza dalla porta, quindi se fosse successo qualcosa l'unico modo per entrare nell'edificio era attraverso la porta d'ingresso che era circa 10-11 a pochi passi. L'ascensore continuava a essere strano, quando siamo arrivati al nostro piano ci è voluto un po' per aprirsi e balbettava o tremava un po'. Le camere erano molto pulite e sembravano molto belle come nella foto! Adoro lo specchio del bagno, è stupendo anche se vorrei che il bagno avesse un po' più di spazio sul bancone. Inoltre, per qualche motivo il nostro condizionatore d'aria non funzionava (grazie al cielo il nostro soggiorno è stato durante un fine settimana più fresco) abbiamo provato a far funzionare il termostato ma non si è mai interrotto, il che è stato molto fastidioso. Il personale della reception era a posto, niente di entusiasmante anche se. Onestamente dico di prenotare questo hotel se rimani una o due notti e hai solo bisogno di un posto dove posare la tuta di carne per ricaricare. Se hai bambini piccoli, forse scegli da qualche altra parte perché il parcheggio puzzava sempre di ”lattuga del diavolo” quando uscivamo e c'erano bottiglie di liquore rotte nel parcheggio. Consiglierei questo posto per un viaggio di fuga veloce.

VVeronique WThey are still under construction so be aware, everyone is super nice, the rooms were crazy clean. I think we got a room that had not been fully upgraded yet, but it was still clean. The only down fall was the bed , it felt like they took all of the cushion out of the mattress and added rocks instead, and the pillows weren't better. I also think if they did a small breakfast downstairs that would be nice. But all in all it was a good stay, nice grounds

PPatricia RoseburrowSono arrivato lì e ho dovuto aspettare almeno 30 minuti prima di poter ottenere la mia stanza qualcosa andava in avanti con il proprietario dei computer, mi ha ospitato invece di pagare i 56 dollari che ho pagato in precedenza, mi ha finito per pagare solo 38 dollari e che è stato buono Ma quando sono arrivato lì, c'erano roccia che stava sdraiando intorno al cibo, era fuori nel bagno cibo dentro la testa del frigorifero droga con costante colpo sulla mia porta forse mi sento incomodo, ma per il prezzo valeva la pena non potevi chiedere altro che loro Aveva una piscina profonda grande non c'era acqua in esso vorrei che la piscina funzionasse ma se non avessero una lotteria sulla loro proprietà la loro proprietà sarebbe molto meglio ma perché c'è un sacco di lotteria e droghe in corso, allora rende difficile e rende difficile le persone che restano lì a volte temono soprattutto se siete nuovi allo stato di Arkansas ma in generale per il prezzo tra 30 e 50 dollari le foglie erano pulite le tole erano pulite
