Many Positives - Service, location, price, hospitality
One Negative - It is LOUD.
If you can sleep through anything, this place is fantastic for so many reasons. If you are a light sleeper, as great as this sport was for us, we got about 3 hours of sleep each night. That was with ear plugs, white noise, and sleeping gummies.

Staff was very nice and as helpful as they could. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and a big lack of hot water. No dishes in the room at all. The little wooden box with a key made me feel unsafe to leave my belongings in the room.

I was disappointed in the bathroom. There was feces on the toilet handle. I had to go downstairs to ask for some cleaner to get it off. Not a great first impression. The toilet seat was plastic making the seat cave in. Very uncomfortable. The bed was comfortable. The first night got cold I had to ask for a blanket as there was none in the room. Staff was pleasant Good location

Staff are very friendly but noisy with tv or radio sound on loud that floats up the staircase and into the rooms. No nice place to sit out side rooms when weather is bad.

Good price. Rooms are decent. The noise at night is unbearable. Unless you can sleep with earplugs.

Great location, but definitely not worth what you pay. Zero frills. No hand soap, even just for washing hands. It's me and my partner staying, the body towels (1 each) are stained and frayed, and we got only one tiny face towel. The toilet seat literally falls into the toilet and so do you. They don’t give you a comforter for the bed?? Just one thin sheet, and no mattress cover. The floors are dirty. The sofa's collapse under you when you sit down and there are dirty footprints on the walls?? Half the ceiling fans don’t work. Unhappy and unimpressed.

Very noisy bedroom, was unable to use the bed because of proximity to street and zero insulation/ large gaps in patio door.
Patio light would not turn off so bathroom was fully lit every night.
Leak from a wall one morning- had to throw away a shirt I left on the ground the night prior.
However very clean, and large space. Futon was comfy. The bed was comfy too but I was not able to sleep in it due to noise.
